Chair Dining (FD-279) Overall size shall be 440mm long 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood should be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. Canning shall done with 2mm wide (half round) 0.4mm thick plastic cane (Godrej pattern). The perimeter of canning work shall be of 4mm thick. Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing.

Holes for weaving plastic cane shall be at 12.5 mm centre to centre. .Hard rubber / PVC shoes shall be provided to legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing.

Chair Verandah (FD-359) All as shown on drawing, Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, sample kept in BSO Dhar Road should be followed for overall dimensions. The frame shall be made of 20mm dia 1.6mm wall thickness MS Tube. The frame shall be painted with two coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer before weaving. Weaving shall be done out of 4mm wide cane of premier of shah brand plasic cane in mat pattern. Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs.

Chair Revolving Executive (TP) Chair shall be as per trade pattern and approved by Engineer-in-charge provided with adjustable seat height, wheels and arm rest. Model Oxbo high back chair/PCH-7002 of Godrej or equivalent model of Durian/Featherlite.

Chair writing (FD-280) Overall size shall be 535mm long 470mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be 1st class hard wood teak (MP). Weaving of cane shall be done with Premier or Shah brand plasic cane in Godrej pattern. Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick weighing not less than 6gms per 10 running meter. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided at the bottom of the legs. All wooden surface shall be polished with high gloss finish. Rest as shown on drawing.

Chair wooden bottom (FD-285) Overall size of the Chair wooden bottom shall be 445mm long440mm wide 835mm high.All wood shall be 1st class hard wood teak (MP). 6mm thick commercial ply having 6mm dia perforations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided for seat and screwed with frame. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided at the bottom of the legs. All wooden surface shall be polished with high gloss finish. Rest as shown on drawing.

Charpoy IP with Hard Top (FD/MAP-II/01) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1980mm long x 900mm wide 440mm high. Two stiffners made out 25mmx 25mm x 16 gauge MS Tube shall be provided at equal distance to support the plywood. 12mm thick BWR plywood shall be provided as top of the charpoy. Bottom of the legs shall be welded with 32x32x5mm MS plate under whch 3mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with adhesive. All steel membrances shall be black powder coated and as specified on drawing.Two Numbers flat iron 25mmx3mm mild steel clamps made to shape as shown on drawing FD-220 shall be welded to legs. Bottom of the lower clamp shall be 275mm from top of horizontal rails. Bottom of the lower clamp shall be welded with 3mm thick MS sheet. Bottom of the clamp shall be at 150mm from top of Bottom clamp. MNF Set (two Nos in each set) made out of 15mm dia 1.6mm thick MS Sheet of height 1475mm made to U shape shall be provided in such a way that MNF set fits to MS Clamp properly for fixing of mosquito net. MNF Sets and Clamps shall be painted with two coats of black paint over a coat of primer.

Desk Stand Lecture (FD-1022) Overall size shall be 970mm long, 680mm wide and 1220mm high. All wood shall be first class hard wood (MP) teak. Base shall be of size 50mm x 125mm made of 1.6mm thick MS Sheet. Bottom, middle and top rails shall be of 75mmx50mm in section. Frames shall be made in increasing dimensions from bottom to top as shown on drawing.The top plank on the top rails shall be provided with 18/19mm thick pre laminated MDF board in one piece of sectional size 185mmx19mm towards the outer portion and 110mmx19mm on sides. A bottom shelf consisting of 6mm thick commercial plywood on two teak wood bearers 19mmx19mm in section. One 25mmx19mm in section teak wood bearer connecting two bearers shall be provided as shown on drg.A sloping shelf at top consisting of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board on two teak wood bearers of 19mmx19mm in section and one 40mmx40mm in section teak wood bearers shall be provided connecting the two teak wood bearers as shown on drge. 6mm thick teak veneer (one face) plywood shall be fixed to rails with screws inside and outside of the Desk Stand Lecture. A foot rest of 12mm thick teak wood shall be provided at the bottom on teak wood bearers 19mmx19mm. All welded construction & steel work shall be painted internally & externally with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drawing.

Desk with dias (FD-399) Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, Desk with dias shall be made of seasoned teak wood GDE-1 Timber unless otherwise specified. Pre laminated MDF board of grade-1 exterior quality as per IS:14587 shall be used. 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board for top of table. Legs consist of teak wood of size 90x45mm thick. Nylon buffers shall be provided bottom of legs. Stiffeners consist of 90x25mm thick hard wood. 6mm thick TW lipping shall be provided on all the exposed edges of MDF duly treated with french polish as specified.

Display Board 8' x 4' (TP) Overall size shall be 2400 x 1200mm. Frame shall be made out of premium alluminium, The surface shall be made of light board covered with fabric as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Required arrangement shall be provided for hanging the board on wall. Model/Make : Model NBD-8x4 of BoardRite or equivalent of Make Alkosign/Art Kraft

Drugget 3m x 2m (TP) Druggets shall be of best quality as approved by the GE. It shall be fabricated of cotton drugget but closely knitted with standard thickness not less than 6mm thick as per trade pattern.Weight shall be 10 to 11 Kgs. Make : Carpet Mahal/Farhan Carpet and home furnishing/Bhadohi Home collection.

Durrie 15' x 12' (TP) As per trade pattern and approved by Engineer-in-charge. Durrie shall be of single colour and made of cotton.

Form with back (FD-87(M)) Overall size shall be 1800mm long 510mm wide and 900mm high. Steel frame shall be made of 25mm square MS Tube of 1.6mm wall thickness. Seat of 25mm thick and back of 19mm thick teak wood plank shall be provided both in one piece and screwed with frame with GI nut & bolt and washer. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided at the bottom of legs. All steel surface shall be painted internally & externally with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer and high glass finish with polish shall be provided to wooden parts. Rest all as per drawing.

Form without back (FD-1027) Overall size shall be 1525mm long 300mm wide and 450mm high. Steel frame shall be made of 25mm square MS Tube of 1.6mm wall thickness. Seat of 25mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2mm thick PVC lipping all around shall be provided in one piece and screwed with frame with GI nut & bolt and washer. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided at the bottom of legs. All steel surface shall be painted internally & externally with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer and high glass finish . Rest all as per drawing.

Hat Stand (FD-233) Overall size shall be 1000mm long and 710mm high. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood seasoned (MP teak). The frame of hat stand shall be provided with 4mm thick teak ply (one side teak face). The back of hat stand shall be provided with 4mm thick commercial plywood. Mirror of 5 to 5.5mm thick make :-Modiguard/Golden fish/Swastik, free from all distortion and defects shall be provided. Two Nos key plates shall be provided to each hat stand and 04 Nos Pegs shall be mild steel chromium plated fixed as shown in drg. All exposed wooden surface shall be polished with high glossy french polish.

Hot case Large (FD-46(M)) Overall size shall be 900mm long 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood seasoned (MP teak). Aluminium sheet of 22 gauge thick shall be fixed all around the inner side of back, side, top and front. Front shutter shall be provided with two numbers 100mm aluminium handle and one 75mm long haps and staple. 25mm thick pre cast slab terrazo finish with 1 to 2mm size marble chips shall be provided on top. All wood surface and block board surfaces direct to view when placed in position shall be coated with two coats of enamel white paint Over a coat of primer. Welded mesh and flat iron frame shall be given two coats of white paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as shown on drawing.

Meat and Milk safe (FD-47(M)) Overall size of the Meat Safe shall be 900mm long 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. Bottom and back shall be of 19mm thick teak wood plank. 25mm thick pre cast slab terrazo finish with 1 to 2mm size marble chips shall be provided on top . Pre cast slab to be reinfrorced as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Wire gauge of 12mm mesh and 20 gauge shall be used for the front shutter. Two coats of white enameled paint over a coat of primer shall be given to the wooden parts of the meat safe. Rest alll as specified and shown on drawing.

Mirror large size (FD-52(M)) Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, Size of the Mirror shall be 1220mm x 355mm made of not less than 5mm thick of Atul/Modiguard/Golden fish, free from all defects , distorted images etc. 6mm thick commercial ply shall be provided at the back side of the mirror. 25mm x 19mm thick teak wood frame shall be provided all - round the mirror. Two Nos hanging clips shall be provided made to suitable to hang the mirror on the wall. All wooden surface exposed to view shall be polished with high glossy finish.

Notice Board 3' x 2' (FD-1042) Overall size shall be 900 x 600mm and 75mm deep . 25x75mm particle board frame of commercial face with 6mm thick MDF edge al-round shall be provided. 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed inside the frame over which best quality of green blaze cloth shall be fixed as shown on drawing. Aluminium flat of 63 x 3.25mm shall be provided al-round the back of the board. On front side 22mm x 10mm aluminium channel shall be provided in side of particle board to house 4mm thick glass shutter. Two Nos hanging clips shall be provided made to suitable to hang the notice board.

Peg table (FD-277) All wood shall be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. All faces of wood work shall be wrought. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, Table top shall be made of 18/19mm thick Prelaminated MDF Board and 2mm thick PVC lipping shall be provided all around the table top. Hard rubber / PVC rings shall be screwed to bottom of legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing.

Peg set of three (FD-253) Overall size shall be 300mm long 30mm high and 2.5mm deep made of teak wood (MP). Three Nos Aluminim pegs shall be fixed on screws on the wood at equal distance. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing

Pointer Short (FD-1041) Pointer shall be 900mm long all as per shown on drawing. High class finish with french polish shall be provided. Rest all as per drawing

Knob shall be provided to each drawers and two knobs to the shutters. A brass lock with 4 lever shall be provided to the shutter. All joints & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specifications. Sofa set 2 Seater , (FD-281) Each two seater sofa shall be made in two single seats,dimensions as specified on drawing. All wood work shall be seasoned teak wood. 100 mm thick foam cushion of 40 density covered with good quality Tapestry/Acrylic/Linen/Velvet cloth of rate not less than Rs.200/- per running meter as per sample approved by the GE shall be provided for seat and back as shown on drgs. All joints & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specifications. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish Rest all as specified and shown on drgs or as directed by GE..

Table TV, (TP) As per trade pattern and sample approved by Engineer-in-charge. Shall be made of premium engineering wood of size not less than 36 inches length, 12 inches width 21 inches height as per sample.

Top shall be made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated MDF board and 2mm thick PVC lipping shall be provided all around the top. Eight corners made of 25mm x3mm flat iron made to right angle shape and 200mm long be screwed and joint to top rail and leg. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided to the legs. Table 3' x 2' with drawer steel , (FD-1008) Overall size shall be 900mm x 600mm x 760mm. steel frame shall be of 800mm x 500mm x 742mm. Four legs shall be of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm top rails on long and short sides. two short stiffeners joining legs in short sides at 100mm from bottom shall be provided in the middle of short stiffener joining sort stiffeners with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm all 100mm form bottom of legs. A drawer of size 350mm x 130mm and 500mm deep with locking arrangement and recessed handle as shown in drawing shall be provided . mild steel sheet used for drawer shall be of 1mm thick. Top shall be made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated MDF board and 2mm thick PVC lipping shall be provided all around the top, irrespective of what is shown and specified on drawing. PVC/hard rubber toes shall be provided to the bottom of legs. Table Bed side , (FD-276) Overall size shall be 450mm long x 230mm wide and 510mm high. Top and sides shall be made of 18/19mm thick MDF particle board, 6mm thick commercial plywood shall be used for back and 12mm thick particle board for shelf. The ply and particle boards shall be fixed with head less nails. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be given to front,sides, top and shelves. Table serving, (TP) As per trade pattern and sample approved by engineer-in-Charge. Shall be made of stainless steel of size not less than 5.5’ length 25 inches width 4 feet height suitable to serve prepared food as per sample. Six compartments with lid and electric arrangement with control switch shall be provided to keep the food warm. Table shall be provided with wheel for easy movement.

All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted two coats of enamel paint as approved over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Table dressing gents ,(FD-230) Overall size shall be 900mm long 300mm wide and 150mm high at bottom with support of mirror as 1115mm. Back of the box of the dressing table shall be 12mm thick teak wood plank in one piece. Top, bottom and sides of the box shall of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board. Size of the Mirror shall be 380mm x 760mm made of not less than 5mm thick of Atul/Modiguard/Golden fish free from all defects , distorted images etc. 6mm thick commercial ply shall be provided at the back side of the mirror. 25mm x 19mm thick teak wood frame shall be provided all - round the mirror. 12mmx12mm in section teak wood bead shall be provided at the back of the mirror. All wooden surface exposed to view shall be polished with high glossy finish.

Table writing , (FD-275) Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. All faces of wood work shall be wrought. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, table top shall be of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade (BWP) Grade-I, bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, all as specified. 4mm thick wood edging shall be provided all around the table top. Wooden corners shall be fixed by applying fevicol and screwd to joint Legs and Bottom Rail. Handles and Locks shall be provied to shutter and drawers. Hard rubber / PVC rings shall be screwed to bottom of legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing.

Teapoy , (FD-278) Overall size shall be 600mm long, 450mm wide and 540mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. All faces of wood work shall be wrought. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, table top shall be of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade (BWP) Grade-I, bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, all as specified. 4mm thick wood edging shall be provided all around the teapoy top. Hard rubber / PVC rings shall be screwed to bottom of legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing.

Teapoy Verandah , (FD-255) Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. Legs shall be made of 20mm dia conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, 25mm x 3mm flat iron shall be welded on the top of conduit as shown on drawing. Top shall be of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade (BWP) Grade-I, bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, all as specified. 4mm thick wood edging shall be provided all around the teapoy top. The underside of the top shall be painted white. Hard rubber / PVC rings shall be screwed to bottom of legs. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted two coats of enamel white paint as approved over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rest all as per drawing.

Book Case open Large Glazed , (FD-356) All as shown on drawing. Glass panes shall be of 4mm thick make :-Modiguard/Golden fish/Swastik, free from all distortion and defects shall be provided. All wood surfaces shall be polished with high floss french polish and steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with spray painting over a coat of red primer.

Chair dinning with long back , (FD-357) Overall size shall be 450m wide at bottom of the leg, 455mm deep and 1220mm high. All timber should be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. Seat and Back shall be provided with 50mm thick 32 density foam duly covered with leatherised rexene approved by the GE over 10mm thick commercial plywood. All wood surfaces shall be polished with high floss french polish. Rest as shown on drawing.

Chair easy cushioned , (FD-358) All as shown on drawing. All wood should be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing the seat and back shall be of 75mm and 50mm thick 32 density foam cusion respectively duly covered with leatherised rexene as approved be fixed over 6mm thick commercial plywood. All wood surfaces shall be polished with high floss french polish. Rest as shown on drawing.

Chair table Card , (FD-353) Overall size shall be 440mm long 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood should be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. Canning shall done with 2mm wide (half round) 0.4mm thick plastic cane (Godrej pattern). The perimeter of canning work shall be finished with cane beading 4mm wide half round on top. Holes for weaving plastic cane shall be at 12.5 mm centre to centre. .Hard rubber / PVC shoes shall be provided to legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as per drawing.

Hat Stand with mirror (Small) , (FD-361) Overall size shall be 1000mm long and 710mm high. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood seasoned (MP teak). The frame of hat stand shall be provided with 4mm thick teak ply (one side teak face). The back of hat stand shall be provided with 4mm thick commercial plywood. Mirror of 5 to 5.5mm thick make :-Modiguard/Golden fish/Swastik, free from all distortion and defects shall be provided. Two Nos key plates shall be provided to each hat stand and 04 Nos Pegs shall be mild steel chromium plated fixed as shown in drg. All exposed wooden surface shall be polished with high glossy french polish. Rest as shown on drawing.

Hot case (Small) , (FD-363) Overall size shall be 900mm long 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood seasoned (MP teak). Aluminium sheet of 22 gauge thick shall be fixed all around the inner side of back,top, side, top and front. Front shutter shall be provided with two numbers 100mm aluminium handle and one 75mm long haps and staple. 25mm thick pre cast slab terrazo finish with 1 to 2mm size marble chips shall be provided on top. All wood surface and block board surfaces direct to view when placed in position shall be coated with two coats of enamel white paint over a coat of primer. Welded mesh and flat iron frame shall be given two coats of white paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as shown on drawing.

Magazine rack Medium , (FD-365) Overall size shall be 1200mm long 800mm high and 100mm wide or deep. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood seasoned (MP teak). Back shall be 12mm thick prelaminated particle board. Three vertical positions 800mm x 100mm shall be equally spaced making four compartment. 10mm thick teak wood planks shall be provided at lower base and upper at 200mm centre to centre in such a way that the top shall be of 175mm. All teak wood surface shall be polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as shown on drawing

Meat safe , (FD-369) Overall size of the Meat Safe shall be 900mm long 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood well seasoned MP Teak. Bottom and back shall be of 19mm thick teak wood plank. 25mm thick pre cast slab terrazo finish with 1 to 2mm size marble chips shall be provided on top . Pre cast slab to be reinfrorced as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Wire gauge of 12mm mesh and 20 gauge shall be used for the front shutter. Two coats of white enamelled paint over a coat of primer shall be given to the wooden parts of the meat safe. Rest alll as specified and shown on drawing.

Notice Board 3' x 2' , (FD-366) Overall size shall be 900 x 600mm and 75mm deep . 25x75mm particle board frame of commercial face with 6mm thick MDF edge al-round shall be provided. 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed inside the frame over which best quality of green blaze cloth shall be fixed as shown on drawing. Aluminium flat of 63 x 3.25mm shall be provided al-round the back of the board. On front side 22mm x 10mm aluminium channel shall be provided in side of particle board to house 4mm thick glass shutter. Two Nos hanging clips shall be provided made to suitable to hang the notice board. Rest as shown on drawing.

Side Board (Small) , (FD-371) Overall size shall be 1220mm long 455 mm wide and 760mm high. All wood work shall be seasoned teak wood. The top of the side board shall be of 19mm thick prelaimated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood edging. Knob shall be provided to each drawers and two knobs to the shutters. A brass lock with 4 lever shall be provided to the shutter. All joints & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specifications. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish Rest all as specified and shown on drgs.

Sofa set 5 seater , (FD-373) Sofa Set five seater consists of one three seater and two single seaters. All dimesnsions are as specified and shown on drawing. All wood used shall be seasoned teak wood (MP). 10 Nos of cushion of size 530mm x 560mm out of 100 mm thick foam cushion of 32 density covered with good quality tapestry cloth of rate not less than Rs.200/- per running meter as per sample approved by the GE shall be provided for seat and back as shown on drgs. All joints & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specifications. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish Rest all as specified and shown on drgs or as directed by GE.

Stool Dressing , (FD-374) Overall size shall be 450mm x 380mm. All wood used shall be seasoned teak wood (MP). Detachable cushion of 75mm thick foam 40 density duly covered with superior quality tapestry cloth shall be placed over 10mm thick particle board.All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish Rest all as specified and shown on drgs

Table Card , (FD-352) Overall size shall be 900mmx900mm x 760mm. All wood shall be 1st class hard wood teak (MP). The top shall be of 19mm thick MDF/Particle board over which superior quality green blaze shall be fixed. Each drawer shall be provided with knob as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Eight corners made of 25mm x3mm flat iron made to right angle shape and 200mm long be screwed and joint to top rail and leg. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Rest all as specified and shown on drgs.

Table Centre two tier , (FD-375) Overall size shall be 1200mm long x 6000mm wide 400mm high. Legs shall be 40mm dia anodised brass legs four in numbers in one piece. The legs shall be joined in shot and long sides with two numbres 25mm dia brass pipe of wall thickness 2mm. The top pipe shall be fixed 150m from top and lower pipe at 100mm bottom of top pipe. The brass frame shall be 900mm x 450mm. Vaccum rubber shoes shall be provided at top of the legs. The top shall be of 10mm thick tinted glass with corner rounded as shown on drawing. Bottom of the legs shall be provided with 1.6mm thick brass sheet. Rest all as per drawing.

Table cook house , (FD-377) Overall size shall be 900mm x 540mm x 840mm high. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, All wood work shall be seasoned teak wood (MP). 25mm thick teak wood paticle board shall be provided over which 22 gauge aluminium sheet shall be fixed bending on edges and further bending 10mm under the top of the table. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided to the legs. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be polished with high gloss french polish. Aluminium sheet shall remain untreated. Rest all as specified and shown on drgs.

Eight numbers of wooden corners shall be provided and fixed with fevicol and screwed to joint the leg and top rail. Top of the table shall be 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood edging al-around.
