Supply, laying and testing in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles Cross linked polyethylene insulated (XLPE) armoured cable with aluminium conductor, 11 KV `E’, 3 core IS-7098 of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm including taking out old cables complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Old cable and joint kit retrieved under this item shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor due payment. (ii) Excavation, earth work, cable joint, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in foundation / trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 2 with peak size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for maintenance of power transformer up to 100 KVA capacity including following :- (a) Oil leakage checked and necessary rectification, (b) All loose connection (power & control) are checked and rectification, (c) IR value of HV to body, LV to body & HV to LV to be checked by megar. Note :- All the work shall be done as per instruction by the Engr-in-charge

Material and labour maintenance of power transformer up to 3150 KVA capacity including following :- (a) Oil leakage checked and necessary rectification, (b) All loose connection (power & control) are checked and rectification, (c) IR value of HV to body, LV to body & HV to LV to be checked by megar. Note :- All the work shall be done as per instruction by the Engr-in-charge

Material and labour maintenance of step up transformer up to 750 KVA capacity including following :- a) Oil leakage checked and necessary rectification, (b) All loose connection (power & control) are checked and rectification, (c) IR value of HV to body, LV to body & HV to LV to be checked by megar. Note :- All the work shall be done as per instruction by the Engr-in-charge

Inspecting, checking (all connections and mechanism), cleaning, servicing, overhauling, testing, calibrating the relays (IDMT, over current and earth fault) complete of 33 KV vacuum circuit breakers outdoor type upto 800 Amp Amps, capacity having rupturing capacity 750 MVA floor mounted including following works : - (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 33 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete of both panels. (b) All the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them, cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting operation, raising and lowering mechanism. Note : (i) Servicing checking and calibration of VCB shall be carried out by the OEM or his authorized representative/dealer only. (ii) All the test record for proper tripping of CTs raising and lowering operation mechanism and proper tripping system of over current and earth fault relay shall be recorded duly signed by the contractor, Engineer-in-Charge and representative of OEM shall be produced before allowing payment to the contractor.

Supply and fix Male Contact/moving contact Blade heavy duty high conductive metal cap 200 / 400 Amps, 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Female Contact/Fix contact Jaw heavy duty high conductive metal 200 / 400 Amps, 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Testing and calibration of IDMT Type E/F & O/C relays of any make at 33 KV sub-stations as per instruction of the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix HRC fuse 2/6 Amp, 415 Volt AC for VCB 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for defect rectification in HT 33 / 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pules ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. including excavation in any type of soil strata, exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated position of cable, treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of sizes upto 300 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The fault locator equipment will be brought at site within two hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix heat shrinkable, straight through joint box for XLPE HT U/G cable , 11 KV grade suitable XLPE cables cross sectional area 120 -185 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE out door type including jointing material and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 - 185 Sqmm, 3 core including jointing material and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 - 185 Sqmm, 3 core including jointing material and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50-95 Sqmm, 3 core including jointing material and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size50-95 Sqmm, 3 core including jointing material and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, top up / filling of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II. Note :- (i) Oil shall be brought in the manufacture sealed contrainer (drum) and shall be kept in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Contractor shall hand over the purchase voucher and manufacturer's test certificate to the engineer in charge. (iii) Di-electric strength shall not be less than 50 KV.

Supply and fix in replacement of Silica gel breather assembly with silica gel cristal(2Kg) suitable for 3150 KVA transformer to air column of conservator tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing and servicing (Oiling and greasing) of gang operated switch 400 Amps, 33 KV vertical/Horizontal mounted and replacing defective parts. Including replacement of U/S spare parts as required for smooth functioning of AB switch, testing for its proper operation, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective of item as supply only. (ii) Old materials retrieved under this item shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor due payment.

Painting of transformer complete with radiator of capacity for 3150 KVA, 33/11 KV outdoor type after cleaning the body surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil strains, dust etc and appling two coat of heat resistance paint by spray paint including writing of SM/ MES No, capacity of transformer and date of installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of transformer complete with radiator of capacity for above 100 KVA to upto 750 KVA, 0.433/11 KV outdoor type after cleaning the body surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil strains, dust etc and appling two coat of heat resistance paint by spray paint including writing of SM/ MES No, capacity of transformer and date of installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of transformer complete with radiator of capacity for upto 100 KVA, 33/.433 KV outdoor type after cleaning the body surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil strains, dust etc and appling two coat of heat resistance paint by spray paint including writing of SM/ MES No, capacity of transformer and date of installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of 33 KV HT steel four pole structure with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers like (HT-101) in a 150mm dia yellow circle & provide three blue & two white bends of width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from top of PCC pedastal of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement disc type assembly insulator porcelain for working Voltage 33 KV white, brown or green insulator of suitable size ball and socket type with tension clamp working complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement pin type insulator porcelain with GI Spindle nut for 33 KVolts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 33 KV outdoor type single phase, cast epoxy type PT of ratio 33KV/110 V, class 0.5, burden 100 VA, insulation level 70/170 KV confirming to IS 3156 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Current transformer outdoor type (CTs) single pole 3 core cast epoxy type of 15 VA burden, class 1, 5P10 and PS having turn ratio 60-30/5+5+1 Amp and suitable for protection and metering of 33 KV system mounted on and including suitable MS channel/angle iron pedestal etc. to MCCB and 1 No Junction box for CTs connection having 3 X 12 way stud type terminal block and cable gland plate with suitable size of gland for cable entry of 10 x 2.5 Sqmm - 04 Nos and 4 x 2.5 Sqmm - 02 Nos cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement lighting arrestor non linear resistance type line discharge current 10 KA height current 100 KA assembly suitable for 33 KV including all necessary clamps, nut, bolts and washers and connecting to earth with 32 x 6 mm GI Strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in replacement of dropout / lift off explusion fuse out door type fuse link suitable for vertical or horizontal installation consisting of galvanised iron channel base having 2 numbers 33 KV post type insulator per stack and 2 numbers of such stack per phase complete with fuse carrier Teflon tube bakelite heavy tinned non ferrous metal parts and springs loaded phosphorous bronze contacts complete confirming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective unserviceable transformer from existing site from pole and Sub Stn with the help of man power & chain pully block or by crane etc including dieconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections from the site and carrying to workshop for repair and replacement of old burnt u/s item including transporting of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA(including 250 KVA) including transporting back after repair to the site where recieved.

All as per Item No.39, above but for 300 KVA to 500 KVA

Opening Dismantling the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA by lifting the top cover taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in barral including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side throughly with emery paper and cloth than checked the winding and other worn-out parts such as HT/LT coils silicor stamping and other connected items as Tap-changer, breather assembly etc and replacement of HT and LT coil and connected to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldring and re insulated of cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type and sleeves etc by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature Reassenbling the transformer LT/HT connection with help of soldering. Testing of transformer after reassembly complete testing of transformer after repair incl painting to the transformer with super enammed paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- HT/LT coils and other connected items shall be measured & paid seperately.

All as per Item No.41, above but for 300 KVA to 500 KVA.

Material & labour for winding HT coil with DPC or enamelled copper wire/ of existing size & guage winding wire for winding the transformer coil incl insulating material complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for LT coil winding with DPC or enamelled copper wire strip of existing size & guage winding for winding the transformer coil LT coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of HT/LT bush Insulator complete with rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.45, above but 300 KVA to 500 KVA.

Supply & replacement of tap changer for adjusting the voltage with brass parts as per sample of existing for indoor/ outdoor type transformer 100KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.47,above, but 300 KVA to 500 KVA.

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electronic Numerical self powered programmable type digital Relays having high tourque, low burden ( not more than 5.5 VA) and low over shoot triple pole non directional suitable for 5 Amp current rating and having three over current and one earth fault elements with over current IDMT/ definit time and instant trip, range 20% to 200% in step of 1% per phase and earth fault range of 10% to 80% fault and time setting of 3.0 seconds to 10 times of current setting in steps of 0.1 seconds and accuracy of class 5 confirming to IS 3231 of 1965 including 4.5 volt alkaline battery, flush pattern with accessories duly connected with trip and alarm system - 01 No complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor has to visit the site to check the existing relay & wiring of 11 KV VCB panel for installation of Microprocessor based relay complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement charging gear for existing make and model trolly mechanism 11 KV 630 Amps VCB, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix VCB Tulip contacts male & female patrs for 630A VCB of existing make & model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement operating mechanism for breaker 11 KV 630 Amps VCB of make crompton/ABB as per required make & model complete all as specified & directed

Supply and Fix in replacement teflon hexagonal interlocking bush to complete interlocking with strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of push button complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement ON/OFF Indicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing of phase indicator light LED type for panel in three colours ( R,Y,B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of motor & gear assembly 220 volts AC/DC or as per model suitable for 630Amps HT VCB as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of digital electronic volt meter 0-500 V range suitable for LT 415 Volts panel flush pattern square type 96 Sqmm with adopter complete with button including taking out old unserviceable Volt Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to be include the following:- (i) Control wiring for auxiliary supply 440/230 Volts AC if required. (ii) Cutting the sheet of the panel suitable for fixing the voltmeter. (iii) Calibration and testing the meter.

M&L for checking (All connections and mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling,testing complete of 3 phase 11 KV Ring main unit any type/make outdoor type respectively as mentioned below :-

(a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and checking CTs 03 Nos of each breaker for insulation and saturation calibrating with the help of primary injection & testing kit for primary triping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete of panels ,complete all as specified and directed. (b) Inspecting, servicing and testing all mechanical & electrical parts and the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply,incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them,cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting testing it for satisfactory operation raising and lowering mechanism in presense of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (c) Taking out existing over current relay 02 Nos and earth fault relay 01 No from the 11KV breaker B (3 Nos In each) and calibrating the relays with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing position testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) All the instruments,primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) All the test record shall be mentioned and signed by the testing engineer and contractor and Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The above work shall be performed by HT expert/ engineer.

Supply and fix in replacement only Battery for RMU, maintenance free, 12 V, 60 AH including taking down unserviceable battery any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Printed circuit board for RMU scada operation suitable for 630Amps HT as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replacement of silica gel breather of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 63-160KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 33 KV conductor sleevs set of three (Heat shrinkable/PVC),whether resistance flame retardant suitable for 33KV ACSR conductors . (sleevs length and thickness as per pre-existing.) and colour code should be as per IS Standards(Red-R phase,Yellow-Y phase,Blue-B phase) complete all as specified and directed.
