M & L for dismantling Centrifugal pump motor of size 50 HP from its position alongwith base frame,tyre coupling by disconnecting electric connections and by unscewing nut bolt and rubber sheet from suction and delivery MS Pipe of size 125 mm dia and 100 mm dia without any damage to the pipe all as directed and specified. Note :- (i) T&P required for dismantling will be arranged by the contractor.

M & L for refixing Centrifugal pump motor of size 50 HP in its original position after making good existing pcc foundation replacing damaged and rusted base frame structure, anti vibration pad and making electric connection, Tightening/replacing damaged nut bolt and damaged rubber sheet and refixing the pump motor with suction and delivery and checking for alignment after Painting the pump motor by the enamel paint of same colour as original after removal of old paint, writing the MHS number provided by the department and checking for any leakage in the pump and motor assembely. Note :- (i) Cost of replacing Nut, bolt ,rubber sheet, painting, writing may please be included in the quoted rate no extra payment/claim will be accepted. (ii) Cost of replacing base frame foundation of same size and shape will be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for in replacement heavy duty tyre coupling (TC-15) of centrifugal pump motor of size 50 HP all as directed and specified.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.29 .Gde-E-165 including portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts including dismantling old steel work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mmx600 mm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized GI strip32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main control board all as specified and testing on completion. Note: Excavation earthwork charcoal PCC pit is covered under this item including taking out existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dewatering of existing over head tanks of staging up to 21 meter of any description of capacity 0.25 Lakh Gallons Loc PH NO 20 at OD complex, clean inside surfaces of OHT of all chambers i.e inner and outer by scraping down walls & bottom surfaces with using steel wire brushes and light hammer to remove all deposition/fungus other organism sediment loose dis/mud sluge, vegetation other micro foreign materials etc and also removing loose/unsound concrete/plaster including taking out and removing all disposal waste/spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and make good plastering surface wall of OHT with cement mortar (1:3) and finish surface even and smooth with using extra cement including washing the cleaned surfaces with water and washing repeatedly with rebekience solution floor/bottom of OH tanks to acheive disinfected surface inside OHT complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note (i) Contractor will start the work after the prior permisson of department for the concern site . (ii) Contractor will do once a job in one time so that the crises of water can not be happened. (iii) Contractor will apply his labour ,reinforcement ,T&P all material and related items near the site before starting the work.

(iv) Contractor will reasponsible for water supply if not finish in stipulated time he will supply to the concern area through water bouser or penality of Rs 2500/- will be charged for the compensation of no water supply. (v) OHT Cleaning done and due will be written on a block marked with outline with colour on black/blue/white back ground on the OHT at visible place in bold and clear writting with proper painting alphabtes Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high Letters etc., shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained. (vi) Video recording of each and every OHT work before and after the work will be done by the contractor and kept in record. (vii) Cost of disinfection rebekience solution is deemed to included in the quoted rate.

Note:- (i) Area of each sump well of 5 lakh gln capacity is 1511 Sqm. (i) All T&P used in draining out and completing the job will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M & L for replacement of pressure gauge of size 200 mm dial by with all fitting and testing and arresting any leakage after removing existing unserviceable pressure gauge from its original position without damaging existing structure all as specified and directed.

M & L for opening the door by dismantling all nut bolts and packing material without damaging any part of pressure filter of capacity 27500 Gln/hour and removing complete filter media from pressure filter and stacking it in a clean and safe place all as specified and directed.

M & L for refilling the serviceable media of existing quality, size and shape in engineered manner layer wise after properly cleaning,removing unserviceable media, topping up serviceable media of same size, shape, closing of door by serviceable nut bolts and packing sheet and testing it completely all as specified and directed. Note :- Media require for topping up will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for cleaning of inner shell of pressure filter of size 27500 Gln/Hr by removing dirt,mud,rusted particles, removing any blockage in the air vents and painting the inner shell and pipes completely by one coat of primer and one coat of enamel paint all as specified and directed

Supply and mixing pressure filter media (sand and gravel) of washed,best quality, different size and shape as required suitable for swimming pool filter all as specified as per IS-8419 all as specified and directed

M&L for repairing of sluice valve with opening and taking out old unservercible defective spindle and refix the same after taking out the spindle transporting to workshop for machine work in only old gun metal/stainless steel spindle by making new threads on lathe machine with check nut, rubber gasket, gland packing, nuts & bolts all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes:- 100mm dia bore

Supply & laying in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with ''XLPE'' insulated aluminium conductor standard served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of 95 Sqmm x 3.5 core size including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The light fitting have provision of proper grouting on PCC pedstal and grouted over the PCC platform, light fitting can sustain the wind and storm pressure and stand delibrately on 21 mtr ht position without any deflection.Contractor shall maintain the fitting and fixtuers up to 01 year of installation of aviation lights.

Taking down old damaged/ Worn out / rusted sign board from installation and S&F new sign board made out of flex sheet, tin sheet box to base length and to provision of hollow square tube/ pipe, angle of size 45mm x 45mm x 5 mm thick for fixing proper arrangement of sign board as per existing, (approx length of each sign board 7.5 mtr x 0.75 mtr x 0.20 mtr) with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including 04 Nos LED lights of 20 W (4 feet) in each Sign board and including all electrical connection with separate ON & OFF switch box & cable of 1.5 sqmm in casing caping required at site complete all as specified and directed.
