Replacement of worn out rollers of machine- BEML-220 Excavator. The job shall include complete dismantling of the Track chains (LHS & RHS) after removal of main pin from the track chain & removal of broken/worn out rollers after extracting the pins and roller bolts by using gas cutter.Fitment of new rollers 10 nos,new pins 08 nos and nuts with washers 40 nos.Complete assembling of the track chains and fitting of main pins of the track chain,tightening the track chains of both sides. Repairing of the chasis by way of denting and painting with departmental colour,complete greasing of the machine & testing the fiunction of excavator.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to the Hydraulic Jack of machine- BEML-220 Excavator. The job shall include complete dismantling of the jack assembly.Cleaning & servicing of the Piston and cylinders after remaval of head cap and thorough bolt,cleaning,servicing &checking the control valves for proper functioning,fitting of new seals & testing the fiunction of excavator.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Complete replacement of worn out teeth 4 nos alogwith the adaptor of machine- BEML-220 Excavator. The job shall include shifting of the Excavator bucket from site to the workshop at Narwal Jammu.Complete dismantling of the 4 no teeth & adaptor and fitment of new teeth with adaptor,shifting back the bucket from workshop to site.The job also includes replacement of damaged seals in the boom of the excavator with the new ones after complete dismantling the boom of the machine& testing the fiunction of excavator.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares..
Repair to radiator of the machine.The job includes dismantling of the Radiator from the machine,shifting from site to workshop at Transport Nagar Narwal Jammu The job shall include complete dismantling of the Radiator,repairs, cleaning, soldering of the inner & outer parts,welding wherever required,servicing of fuel injector pump,replacing of elements,delivery valves, ignitors,nozzles, bearing, seal kit, shifting back to site & final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
