Kind attention of tenders : Tenderers are requested to assess requirement of resources and their availability before quoting the rates. Delay in supply of materials/non availability of labour etc. shall not be entertained. Tenderer has to make necessary safety arrangements for workman and their insurances. It is advice to visit the site before quoting the rates. Complete removal of existing painting/treatment of external wall/building/over head tank/ AC Sheet roof surface/ pillars and preparing the plastered/RCC surface by rubbing, washing down with water and applying two coats of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint with camouflage pattern (four) or more shades as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as required at site including necessary scaffolding and other arrangement to work up to a height of 10 metres complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing existing old steel surfaces of buildings mentioned as in item No-1 hehr-in-before and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern (matt finish) with four or more shades as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work up to a height of 10 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement and applying two coats of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint with camouflage pattern (four) or more shades over a coat of primer of olive green colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as required at site including taking down existing plaster including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work up to a height of 10 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel/ asbestos cement sheets any gauge thickness including ridges at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 0.63mm thick CGI sheeting with nominal grade of zinc coating 120 gms per sqm with two corrugation side lap fixed with "J" or "L" hooks as in roof covering (slope/curve) walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing only sheet (sheet retrieved form item No 5) with two corrugation side lap fixed with "J" or "L" hooks as in rooof covering, walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting as ridges, hipe, valley, gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparing new steel surfaces of sheets by de-galvanizing with 'H' primer and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern (matt finish) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge include necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site if required..
