(ii) Operator must be skilled and must have knowledge of Operation and general maintenance of DG Sets and attending minor faults whenever arise. (iii) Operator must have knowledge to maintain the daily log sheet as per proforma for DG Set. Rate qouted includes supply of necessary by log sheets as per profarma given by Engg-in-charge. (iv) The Contractor/Operator must ensure the cleanliness in and around the surrounding of installation complete, The amount of Rs. 500/- for each installation will be recovered for Non-cleaning of installation etc. (v) Generator is to be operated during power failure from supply agency( TNEB) or as and when required by user/Department.

Notes for srl item No. 1 to 5 (Contd/....) (vi). The tradesmen/Operator employed by the contractor must wear the uniform with name plate with name of contractor, under whom he is working. The amount of Rs. 1000/- for each installation per month will be recovered in case of Non-wearing the uniform with name plate. (vii) Common Mobile phone with sim and without camera, Torch light, rain coat and gum boot to be provided to the duty Operator by the contractor in all the locations. viii) Responsibility of contractor to provide reliver and No additional cost shall be claimed by the contractor. The rate quoted deemed to include the pay and allowences of the reliver.Contractor must make payments to the employed personnel through AADHAR linked bank account only. Details of accounts with name shall be submitted along with the RAR Claims. (ix) Insurance cover for the Employed people is must and it is the responsibility of the contractor. Documentary evidence shall be submitted by the contractor to the department. (x) Cleaning of the DG set plant room and surrounding area of DG Set installation area from its perimeter upto 10 RM including removal of the debris away from the installations including repairs/replacement of internal fittings & fixtures through out the contract period (From Commencement to Completion of the work). (xi) If penalty imposed for low power factor by TNEB for WTS location shall be recovered from the contractor during RAR payment.It is the responsibility of the Contractor to maintain Power Factor above 0.90

Disconecting the existing battery of capacity 12V, 92/100 AH from the DG set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable sulphuric acid from the battery, filling up with new sulphuric acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG set, start the engine for satisfactory function complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No.08 here-in-before but 12V, 180AH.

Material and labour for replacing the old unserviceable battery lead with copper terminals approximately 2m length including applying jelly over the battery pole and terminals complete all as specified and as directed .

Draining out the existing diesel from the tank from the following capacity DG set, kept aside for repouring, taking down the complete fuel tank of any capacity from its position after disconnecting all the fuel lines, carryout cleaning work with solutions, removing the dust and foreign materials from the tank, drying the tank, blow with air painting and carry out recaliberation of diesel tank to the specified level including replacement of PVC level pipe, refix the tank in its original position, connecting all the removed fuel connections, refilling the kept diesel back to the tank carefully, remove air from the fuel connections, start the engine and test for satisfactory function complete all as specified and as directed .
