Material & Labour for on line dehydration / filteration of Servo Voltage Stabilizer oil including filteration using automatic centrifuging machine minimunm three cycles to achieve dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV breaking capacity at 2.5mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all aludge particles as per BS-66-1960 including topping up with new transformer oil as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arrange by contractor (ii) Oil required for topping up the stablizer wil be measured & paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Schedule (BoQ)

Supply and filling/topping up transformer oil low viscocity, dielectric strength 35 to 40 KV breaking voltage for topping up servo voltage duly centrifuging including filter action by using automatic centrifuging machine to achieve min 35 to 40 KV breaking capacity at 4 mm gap by absorbing and adolishibg all sludge particles for use as per BS-B-66-1983 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of the complete APFC of 125/100 KVAR 415 Volts from its position, opening for repair, preventive maintenance, servicing, including wiring, replacement of worn parts to make it fully functional, reassembling after repair, installation to its original position, connection with input/output supply, testing to it's full load capacity complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Spares/ parts except minor repairs required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately (b) Necessary wiring with 1.5 Sqmm Single Core FRLSH included in the above cost.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0/11 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 No. Each Strip 300 mm wide) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with One Coat of Aluminium Paint, including writing of pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade) wire mesh, lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed including proper lugs, including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
