Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated) in roofing including ridges etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing mild steel tubes, angles round pipes etc fixed independently without connecting plates as in purlins, rafter or in truss etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in coping, edging, concrete bed to hold fast and filling etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of White wash on new wall surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 14 above but area not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing powder coated anodised aluminium frame minimum thickness of 1.5 mm for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates, including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof exterior paint over a coat of primer and waterproof exterior wall putty on wall for smooth finish including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each stages will be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before application.
