Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:4;8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site,Including all operational, incidental, and labor charges, such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402)

Supplying and filling gravel in trenches ,sides of the foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick consolidatiing each depposited layer by watering and rampping including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational incidental ,labour charges hire charges and T & O Complete for finished item APSS 309 &310)

Random Rubble stone masonry, in CM (1:8) prop: (Cement: Sand(unscreened)) using otherthan granite stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like other than Granite stones, cement, sand, water, etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundation and Basement (APSS No. 601 )

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental, labor charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete,excluding seigniorage charges, for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

Plastering 12mm thick double coat in CM (1:5) 8 mm thick base coat and CM (1:3) of 4mm thick top coat with dubara sponge finish including c/c of all materials like cement, sand,water etc., to site, other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, etc., complete for for finished item of work. Painting to new internal walls with two (2) coats of ready mixed oil bound washable distemper acrylic base of approved brand and shade over a base coat of cement primer water base interior Grade-I of approved brand, makind three (3) coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for internal walls (SS 911)

Painting to external walls with snow cem two (2) coats all colours and shade as approved by Engineer in charge over a base coat of a cement primer water base exterior Grade-II of approved brand, makind three (3) coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for external walls (SS 911)

Providing HYSD steel bars (Fe-500/550D grade as per IS 1786-2008) of 8 to 40mm diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including soverhead charges & Contractors profit but exlcuding other taxes and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Flooring with polished glazed vitrified tiles, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Skirting to Flooring walls with 12mm thick polished glazed vitrified tiles set over base coat of CM (1:8) over already laid CC bed / RCC Roof Slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm. & Jointed with neat cement to full depth including cost of all materials like cement, sand, and water and flooring stones etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.
