SH: I Maintenance Work Annual Maintenance Contract of fire fighting system installed at Lilabari Airport inclusive of periodical checking/ testing, servicing, attending breakdown calls of all hydrant valves, hoze boxes, pipes, branch pipes, hose reels, hose pipes, NRVs, pipe lines, pressure switches, 2 Nos.15 HP Electrically driven main pumps, starter panels, air cushion tank, pressure gauges, sluice valves etc. as detailed in the special conditions of the contract including documentation complete as required.

Annual Maintenance Contract of analog addressable fire alarm system installed at Lilabari Airport as per the inventory including periodical checking/testing, servicing of multi criteria detectors, response indicators, manual call points, control modules, Circuit Isolators, hooters, including associated wiring upto main fire control panel as per schedule of maintenance, attending breakdown, repairing & replacement (if required) as detailed in the special conditions of the contract including documentation complete as required.

Servicing & Maintenance of 2Kg clean agent cylinder (HFC 227) complete with tube adaptor, valve assembly, pressure gauge, mounting accessories etc.​ i/c pressure switches and fire detection tube. complete as required.

Unit rate for refilling of NOVEC 1230 clean agent cylinder including transportation of cylinder to authorized refilling centre and reinstallation after refilling the same at site.

Unit rate for refilling of HFC 227 clean agent cylinder. Job includes transportation of cylinder to authorized refilling centre and reinstallation after refilling the same at site.

Rectification / attending of the leakage in the fire fighting system including digging the area of any kind to identify leakage of the existing pipe line , attending the leakage by welding the pipe/ providing sleeve, required pressure testing, refilling the excavated area and making the same as before etc. complete as required. (multiple leakage with in 5 Mtr length shall be considered as 1 Job) Note : This job is to be executed on as and when requiremet basis.

Supply of Manual Call Point (MCP) Press type complete as and when required. (Make: HONEYWELL)

Supply of Fire Hydrant Line External Hose Pipe of length 15Mtr or 30Mtr as per the site requirement 63mm dia IS: 636 (Make: JAYSREE / MINIMAX / NEWAGE /SAFEX).

Supply of Fire Hydrant Gun Metal Hose Coupling (Leaded Tin Bronze Sand Casting IS-318) suitable for the hose pipe size 63mm dia (Make: VIJAY/ MINIMAX / NEWAGE /SAFEX/SAFEGUARD).

Supply of Fire Hydrant Gun Metal Branch pipe Nozzle (Leaded Tin Bronze Sand Casting IS-318) suitable for the hose pipe size 63mm dia (Make: VIJAY/ MINIMAX / NEWAGE /SAFEX/SAFEGUARD).
