REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMERS, VCBS AND ALLIED HT WORK AT VSN NAGPUR

Material & labour for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of distribution/power transformer of different capacities through stream line filter unit to increase di -electric strength (BDV) of transformer oil not less then 40 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap including topping up transformer oil to the required level as indicated to each transformer and testing, transformer oil before and after filtration submission of records of test in duplicate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted by the contractor for each sample before and after filtration. (ii) New transformer oil required for top up will be measured & paid separately

Material & labour for dismantling the 33 KV HT Supply and isolating the power transformer of capacity 750/1500 KVA draining out the insulating oil from the tank for dehydration. Opening the top cover, removing the damaged gasket and replace the same size / thickness of new gasket of transformer, conservatory tank oil indicator, inlet & outlet valve gasket in position replacing the defective, burnt bushes with gaskets and brass studs if required re filling back drained transformer oil and ensuring no leakages of oil from any part of the transformers and then testing energizing complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Fresh transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Bushes and brass studs will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for dismantling the 11 KV HT Supply and isolating the distribution transformer of capacity 100/160/200/315/500 KVA draining out the insulating oil from the tank for dehydration. Removing the damaged gasket and replace the same size / thickness of new gasket of transformer, conservatory tank oil indicator, inlet outlet valve gasket in position replacing the defective, burnt bushes with gaskets and brass studs if required re filling back drained transformer oil and ensuring no leakages of oil from any part of the transformers and then testing energizing complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Fresh transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Bushes and brass studs will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repairs breather assembly, any shape, any dia suitable to fit for existing transformer assembly, complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of transformers:-

100 KVA to 500 KVA

Material & labour for disconnecting and dismantling & complete overhauling of Transformer capacity 100 to 500 KVA, after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections including transportation to work shop, opening the top of transformer, drained out transformer oil, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer & cores with chain pulley blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers as required, re filling of Transformer oil after centrifuging at satisfactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rewinding of transformer Step up / down , HV Coils complete with existing size/ electrolytic copper conductor design with TPL covering, re-assembling of newly wounded coils on core in position including re- insulation, oven baking and testing all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rewinding of 50-500KVA transformer Step up / down , LV Coils complete with existing size/ electrolytic copper conductor design with TPL covering, re-assembling of newly wounded coils on core in position including re- insulation, oven baking and testing all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Filling of new transformer oil confirming IS 335/93 topping of transformer through stream line filter shaving dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for insulation of core, bushing,Tap changer etc all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces and painting of transformers by spraying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for following:-

Capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA

Capacity 200 KVA to 315 KVA

Capacity 500 KVA to 750 KVA

Material & labour for earthing complete with GI earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick and burried directly in ground (earth pit not nless than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 complete all as specified including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 32 mm dia light grade for GI strip protection up to 7.5 mtr and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm beyond 7.5metre shall be measured and paid separately

Material & labour for galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25 x 4 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 xcm x 3.15 mm thick and burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected tocopper earth plate with copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 complete all as specified including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 32 mm dia light grade for copper strip protection up to 7.5 mtr and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm beyond 7.5metre shall be measured and paid separately

Material & labour for copper strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20 x 3 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for replacement lightening arresters expulsion type in complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 33000 volts all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install of gang operated air break switch insulator vertical type mounting on steel frame complete, double break and operating rod of stuitable length 400Amps capacity and suitable for 11 KV HT supply complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of CT/PT of 33 KV capacity including replacement of old gasket with new gasket of same type/size and topping up of new oil of same grade and replacement of old nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only

Material & labour for replacement of LT bushing out door/In door type 1.1 KV LV 250 Amps brass matel part as per IS 3347/1967 complete with bushing brass stem nut,bolt,washers, brass studs and gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of HT bushing out door/In door type 11 KV HT 250 Amps brass matel part as per IS 3347/1967 complete with bushing brass stem nut,bplt,washers, brass studs and gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Silica gel of good quality filling into existing breather containers by removing old silica gel complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for replacement of marsheling box for Power transformer of capacity 750 KVA as per existing transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/Maintenance and complete overhauling of HT VCB’s 33 KV including dismantling of operating mechanism, well cleaning with CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational condition in manual and electric mode etc complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for VCB and caliberation of relays will be measured and paid separately.

Note:- Spare parts for VCB and caliberation of relays will be measured and paid separately.

Repair/Maintenance and complete overhauling of HT Isolating Load break switch/RMU 11 KV including dismantling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including, Complete checking of ON/OFF operation. Complete checking of earth switch operation, also testing of all parts, final tripping check and making perfect operational condition complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for Load break switch/RMU and caliberation of relays will be measured and paid separately.
