Providing and fitting of automatic star delta starter and control valve at Lift irrigation station Sai

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type star delta starter 415 v, 50 hz, 3 phase ( L&T/ Siemens / Schneider electric) for motor compatible with pumping unit at Lift irrigation station Sai for pumping unit no 1, the starter should consists of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of single phase preventer, 3 no’s contactors of 110 ampere rating along with auxiliary contacts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, over load relay, timer, one number voltmeter, one number ampere meter , on / off switch, phase indicators etc. The job includes fitting of starter on wall by way of drilling holes, fitting of fasteners. Providing and fitting of 25 sq mm copper cable from starter to motor – 6 no ‘s of 5 meter each in length and thimbling the copper cables with 25 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with PVC sleeve. Making connections from starter to motor. Providing and fitting of 250 mm diameter sluice valve on delivery side of pumping unit no. III installed at lift irrigation station by way of cutting existing delivery and welding of 250 mm dia plate flanges on both ends. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve with PN 1.0 conforming to IS14846 on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, carriage charges and tools required for the job. The old manual starter have to be kept as standby for pumping machinery installed at lift irrigation station. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.

Providing, fitting and replacement of damaged/ washed out suction pipeline, control valve along with allied works of pumping unit no II and III installed at LIS Kothey kalyana new upto water level inside feeding channel by way of removing of damaged/ rusted suction line. Providing, fitting of 400 mm MS pipe of 24ft length upto the water level in suction sump. Carriage of MS pipes to lift irrigation station using carriage vehicle and then unloading and shifting of pipes to lift station on head load. The suction pipe is to be fitted and divided as per alignment at site. Providing, fitting and welding of 400 mm diameter MS flanges. Total number of 400 mm diameter plate flanges required for the complete job is 8 no’s. Fabrication of MS bends out of 400 mm diameter pipe with angle as per site alignment. The welding on all flanges should be double layered and leak proof. Job includes providing and fitting of hexagonal nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets required for the job. Painting the suction pipeline by rubbing the surface with sand paper to make the painting area smooth and then painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of high quality (Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger paint). Providing and fitting of new 400 mm diameter cast iron, flanged foot valve- 2 no’s with suitable pressure rating of reputed make for pumping unit no II and III, the door face should consists of rubber with reinforcement of cotton canvas, after replacing existing damaged foot valve.. Complete job includes cost of materials, welding charges, skilled/ semi skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be done as per actual site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old materials.
