Item Description

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing and all labour and materials complete.

Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry of compressive strength 70 kg / cm2 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 corase sand ) in foundation and plinth size of blocks (30 x 20 x 15)

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors, trenches including watering ramming consolidating, dressing, complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size)

Providing Mild steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) )(Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Steel work in single sections (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only) including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvolume roofing sheets of 0.5mm thickness including all the accessories (TATA make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade or new work over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Removal ,Shifting,Instalation, commisioning of pumps and Panel with required wiring including providing 4 inch CPVC lines,core cutting,welding/drilling work,core cutting to RCC Tank and making the hole leakproof .modification of existing inlet lines with required fitting including provision of 3inch wheel valves(1 nos) , and 4 inch value(1 nos),shifting of existing butterfly values from old line to new line and blanking of old lines etc. all complete.(Firm to check for actual work involed as per site)

Supplying and installation of of 2000lt water tank triple layer tank, heavy Duty with 15 year warranty. Tank shall be anti bacterial,anti virus,anti fungus ,anti algae, and shall be 100% food grade plastic. Make sintex,plasto or as approved by civil deparetment
