Excavation of trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for taking out / laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr .above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing / hard surface/road to facilitate for laying of GI pipe line and making good the disturbed portion to bring it to original condition with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed

Cutting and taking out GI tubing including connection from floor/wall/trenches for replacement/refixing upto 2 metre including supply and fixing with all fittings as per site requirement all as specified and as directed for the following sizes complete :- Note :- Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F in repairs valve pit chamber cover of MS sheet cover 3 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of existing unserviceable stainless steel spindle, nuts , bolts and washers gaskets etc including reassembling and checking for any leakage / functioning including taking down old unserviceable spindle complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of sluice valves :-

(a) 80mm dia sluice valve

(b) 100mm dia sluice valve

(c) 150mm dia sluice valve

Dismantling the unserviceable gland packing and supply and fixing new gland packing for replacing of wornt out nut bolt washers of sluice valve /pump set of any size or capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable mono block centrifugal pump set by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set, separate the motor from pump, transporting to workshop, removing the burnt out winding from slots, cleaning the starter and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding motor with the existing size of new super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating by using class 'B' insulation keeping for drying, bring back to site,reassemble the motor and pump, fixing in position, connecting electric connections testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance including taking down old unserviceble copper winding complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities : -

(a) 7.5 HP to 10HP three phase pump set

(b) 15HP to 20 HP three phase pump set

Supply and fix in repairs pressure gauge round type with reading 0 to 10Kg Sqcm complete including replacement of GI/MS pipe of suitable size duly welded complete including taking down old unserviceable pressure gauge of any size /capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Dewatering the existing UG sumps of 100000 gallons capacity and cleaning the internal wall and bottom surface of sumps to remove all scales, mud and other foreign materials using water and scrubbing with coir/jute/wire brushes and washing the surfaces with fresh water , cleaning the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal walls botom surface and ceiling of sump complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Writing in BLOCK letters using black synthetic enamelled paint as background with white paint letters (colour as approved) on only surfaces 50mm high denoting " CLEANED ON (DATE) DUE ON (DATE)' including removin the existing letters all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No.55 herein above but for the RCC OH tank of 100000 gallons capacity at 20 metre staging at Phase II

Taking out submersible motor and pump of any capacity with connected pipe lines erected in borewell after disconnecting existing water and electric supply connections and shifting the pump set to local workshop for necessary repairs and refixing lowering and connecting the same all as directed. Note :- The cost of repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Rewinding the submersible motor with super enamelled wire of existing gauge and weight in the coil terms with other materials for 3 phase 415 volts , 50 Hz after cutting replacing of warn-out bolts, nuts including changing of bearing all as directed of capccity 7.5HP

Servicing of submersible pump sets 7.5HP multistage self priming including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and replacing of following parts all as directed :- (i) Bearing of pump (ii) Suction strainer (iii) Work out nuts and bolts

Supply and connect PVC insulated sheathed cable with multistranded submersible copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 Sqmm for pumpset including removing the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the geyser of any capacity and make, including dismantling electrical and water supply connections, transporting to workshop bracing the leaked tank including testing , arresting leakage, replacement of indicator lamps red and green , bring back and fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed
