The General overhauling of S4 Engine by uplifting of Engine from machine, removing of Head and Dismantling the engine, extraction of worn out damaged parts, servicing of engine blocks etc. P/F of new parts viz :- Piston & Rings – 4sets, Cylinder Liner-4 nos. each, Inlet Valve (31431681) -4 nos. Exhaust Valve (31431761)-4 nos., Bearing -1set, Guides 8 nos. spring Outlet and Exhaust Valve inner- 8nos. Gasket 1 set, Studs 10 nos., Nuts/Bolts assorted, Connecting Rod assy. with Cap, Nuts, Rocker Shaft Timing Seal-1no. Tappets 8 nos., Tappet Nuts 8nos. Stud Exhaust Manifold 1 no., Pulley Crankshaft 1no. and other allied items required during re-assembling of Engine unit. Also, job includes complete machining process such as facing turning, polishing of Head to as fit the parts air tight, fitting of bearings, Seals, studs, Liners etc. and finely testing of engine by providing required Diesel etc. The job includes labour charges/ Tool & Tackles etc.

Dismantling of Front Wheel System by way of engagement of labour and dismantling of Front Fork. The job includes cutting of rusted bolt from the fork with the help of welding set. Then dismantling of wheel extraction of damaged front wheel bushes 4no. with help of chiesel and then extraction of front wheel axle. The job includes welding, turning and finishing of axle upto required shape and size fabrication of cotter & key ways including fabrication of holes on the both end side of axle. Then p/f of 2no bushes with flange RCO24 and 2 nos bushes without flanges RCO23 into the wheel made out of gun metal which also includes turning & finishing of bushes from inside and outside so as to fit in the wheel. Assembling of both the wheels and fitting of fork with nuts & bolts making of proper alignment. The job includes cost of material and labor charges etc.

F.I.P Repair include removing of FIP from m/c dismantling it extraction of old damaged parts and P/F of new parts viz:- Nozzles 1set, Feed Pump 1no., Elements 4nos., Delivery Valve 4 nos., Plunger 1set and Calibration of Pump etc. The job includes labour charges etc.

Repairs to Radiator of machine by dismantling cleaning of chocked tubes with caustic soda water and then soldering of damaged joints/fins, providing of new studs etc. The job also includes of cleaning of upper/lower water tank. The job includes of labour charges

Repairs to Steering System of machine by way of dismantling of Front Fork from body by way of using screw Jack cutting of rusted bolts of Front Fork with help of welding set along-with plate and removing of all damaged parts towards Steering side and P/F of new parts i.e Steering Worm (RDO-15)-1no., Bushing (RDO-13)-1no., Bearing (RDO_16)-1no., Ball Bearing (RDO-20)-1no., stering Pinion (RDO_26)-1no., Worm Wheel (RDO-30)-1no., Retaining Cover (RDO-22)-1no., Oil Lubricator (RDO-35)-1no., Key Wahser (RDO-31)-1no., Split Universal Coupling (RDO-11)-1no. The job also includes turning & finishing of bushes from inside and outside so as fit in the Stg. Pinion and making proper alignment

Repair to clutch unit by way of replacement of worn out/damaged parts by providing and fitting of clutch facing ring RIO 26 -01no, reverse clutch plate RIO 30 -01no, driving pin RIO 35 -06nos, slide clutch operator RIO 48 -01no, clutch ball lever RIO47 -03nos, clutch link RIO 42- 06nos, pin for clutch link RIO43-03nos, pin for clutch carrier RIO45-06nos, fulcrum pin for ball lever RIO46-06nos, oil seal RIO65 -01no, die RIO 63-02nos, die pin with nut RIO66-02nos., ,Bearing RIO12-1 No.,Bearing RIO21-1No.,Eye Bolt RIO32-3 Nos.,Roller Bearing RIO 41-1No.,Thrust Bearing RIO51-1 No., Complete job including cost of allied repair work, material and labour charges.

Repairs to Rear wheel System of the machine by way of dismantling of Rear Wheel from chassis by using crow bar, screw jack and other tools & tackles and extraction of damaged parts & P/F of new parts i.e. Thrust spacer Washer -2nos., Driving Ring (REO-11)- 2 no., Driving ring Nut & Bolt (REO-12)-40no., Bushing(REO-8b)-2no.,Bush with collor (REO8a)-2 nos, Axle Key (REO-2)-1no., Rear shaft Lock Coupling (REO-3)-1no.Washer loose-1Kg., Oil Seal-1set, Joint Sheet-1Kg. The job also includes drilling of holes inside the driving ring and fitting of nuts & bolts with washers. The complete job includes cost of material labour charges ,machining charges for dismantling and fitting.

Repairs to electric System of the m/c by way of extracting of old wiring and damaged meters. Then p/f of new wiring, meters such as Temp. Meter, Starting Switch, Oil Pressure Meter, Amp. Meter and making of connections also. The job also includes of repair to Self starter/alternator by way of p/f of new Solenoid Switch, Field Coil Bushes set, Brg. for bendix drive, repairs to rotors & washing the complete unit with petrol and assembling the complete unit. The job includes labour charges etc.

Denting & Painting of m/c by applying double coat of red-oxide & then applying double coat of genuine quality of paint. The job also includes removing dents in machine and writing the number of machine and name etc.

Repairs/labour charges for dismantling of fuel tank and its washing with solvents, welding to leakages, passages removing of dents and rust providing and fitting of new gas kits

Labour charges for repairs to operator seat by way of using iron G.I sheets and p/f of rexgine ,cushion cover etc. including stitching charges also and repairs to back by way of welding and fitting of nuts and bolts also, the job includes cost of angle iron.
