Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns laid , bedded and pointed any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing to achive a high-gloss smooth surface finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 as in backing coat in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 250 x 250 x 22-25 mm/ 300 x 300 x 22-25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with gery cement and pigment (colour, shape and pattern will be decided by GE) set and jointed as per manufacturers instructions, laid over sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of filleting the sides of pavement with plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, finished even and fair. (ii) Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separaterly

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) n.exc. 1.50 m depth including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in berm or pavings, laid in layers n. exc.15 cm thick, spread, levelled, watering, rolled and consolidated to gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor or paving of any description n.exc. 15cm thickness (Un re-inforced) below or above GL complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub bases, floors and pavings etc.,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
