Work of following materials as per RESSPO/PuVVNL norms at the work site.

Erection of single support ST/PCC pole for construction of 11 KV line including digging of pit, fitting of all accessories, back filling of earth & others required work.

Grouting of pole with 1:4:8 ratio of cement sand & brick ballast as per RESSPO norms. (cement sand & brick ballast wil be supplied by the constractor on his own his own cost)

Grouting of stay sets including digging of pit with 1:4:8 ratio of cement sand & brick ballast as per RESSPO norms, fixing binding and nuzzling of stay wire. (cement sand & brick ballast wil be supplied by the constractor on his own his own cost)

Earthing of Poles

Stringing & sagging of 3 phase 11 KV line upto proper sag including laying of ACSR Weasel Conductor, binding with insulators & jumpering.

Erection of Sectional Double Pole Structure of ST pole including digging of pit, fitting of accessories, back filling of earth, grouting of each pole & stay sets & other required works.

Drill/cut of stone for erection of Pole/Stay in hilly area

Gaurding of 11 KV line as per RESSPO norms

Installation of 11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubicle inside meter room, by fixing rag bolts after checking alignment with trench & conneting incomming & outgoing cable in the CT chamber

Mounting of CT/PT Unit on double pole with using 02 no. S/S Base (M.S. Angle).

Hanging of 11 KV 120 sqmm. XLPE cable after drawing stay wire between support with help of Turn Buckle. Cable, will rest on hooks built of G.I. wire, proper fastening of cable, Complete work.

11 KV 3x120 sq mm XLPE Cable Laying Digging of trench size 0.75x0.75 mtr & putting layer of sand of bottam & laying of cable covering the trench from sites & top by laying bricks finely cover the same by earth.
