The excavation of 2 No foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). Making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification.

Painting of Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. Paint will be provided by contractor

Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO norms.

Fabrication, errection, commissioning & Testing of 250 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All neessary materials will be supplied by the Contractor.

Chemical earthing of Transformer (Body+Neutral) as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification (Materials will be provided by contractor)

Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work)

Laying of ACSR Dog conductor for LT/HT Line with fixing of Clamps, insulators and G.I nuts&bolts off size as per required.

Laying and dressing of under ground 11 KV 3X185 sq mm XLPE Cable by Horizontal drilling method as per RESPO norms. The Depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required.

Laying and dressing of under ground HDPE Pipe by Horizontal drilling method as per RESPO norms. The Depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required.

Making Loop alongwith dressing, Marking, Tagging and Hoisting of cable on Single/Double pole using G.I. Pipe 6"dia 3 mtr. Long with complete work.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 M with the help of first class brick & 9" masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely and plastering outer surface as per RESPO norms. Top of the plinth covered with 4" RCC Slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 (Cement, sand & concrete) grouting with 2 No ISMC size 125X65X6 MM (confirming to IS 808:1989) of 2000 mm long for resting. All required materials will be provided by the contractor.

Grill fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size & height approx 2 meter as per site requirement with fabrication 50X50X5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 No Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. The work is including painting of fencing as per norms. Work will be done as per RESPO specification.
