Cleaning of underground sump of any capacity cleaning the floors, wall and ceiling portion of sump etc by Mechnical high pressure spray and steel wire brush to remove Algae/dirt/foreign dirt completely and soaking out the water/dirt with a high pressure wet vaccum pump and removing spoils out side of MoD land and distance exc 5 KMs & n.exc 10 KMs and applying spray of approved chemical etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- 1. Rates deemed to be included for pumping out water left below foot valve. 2. Rate include the painting of two coats of enamal paint with visible colour and capacity of sump about date of cleaning and due date for cleaning complete all as specified.

Cleaning of PVC and RCC water storage tank in low and high rising buildings(G+14) by mechanical high pressure spray and remove all foreign matter completely and soaking out the water/dirt with a high pressure wet vaccum pump and removing spoils out side of MoD land and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note: Rate include the painting of two coats of enamal paint with visible colour about date of cleaning and due date for cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes small trees and all vegetation growth complete including uprooting of bushes and small trees around the installation/sump/OH reservoir, valve chamber etc. filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris to a distance n.exc.50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs FRP lid cover for PVC water storage tank complete accessory for closing and locking arrangement suitable for various capacity as approved by BMC complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete(unreniforced) and removing debries away from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of any height of foundation for suporting PVC tank complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing in repairs CP stop cock, brass, screwed down with crutch or butterfly handle suitable for GI or PVC tubing 15 mm dia bore including necessary clamp & saddles complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing in repairs long body CP bib cock brass with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for GI or pvc tubing 15 mm dia bore including necessary clamp & saddles etc complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing in repairs Ball valves 15 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing in repairs Ball valves 25 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Materials against item Nos 7 to 10 shall be issued under scheduled 'B' free for fixing only.

Supply and Fixing in repair/replacement of internal steel water tubing, galvanised, Medium grade with all fittings in shafts such as nipple, union, socket, elbow, bends, fixed to wall including necessary & capacity up to 15 th floor in high rise buildings in short piece/length, including breaking the existing brick wall for replacement of corroded GI pipe in/on wall and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:Clamping of above line with suitable size of stainless steel saddles at 2 meter apart and work should be done in shaft of high rise building(G+14) and quoted rate should be include necessary Scaffolding and clamping materials

Supply and fixing stainless steel mosquito net(corrision resistance ) for Air vent pipes on various OHT and sumps complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing in repairs Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc with Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) including making paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Cleaning of loft tanks of capacity 170 to 275 ltrs in existing position by mechanised pressure, cleaning using PVC tank cleaning solution and draining out the water by wet vaccum pump, rinsing with clean drinking water complete all as specified and as directed Note : Any damage to pipe and PVC tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC water storage Tank with cover triple layer pure anti microbial round type and dismantling of existing pipeline and making connections including replacement of new GI fittings i.e. tank nipple, washers , Pipes for connecting the existing delivery lines complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity :- Note :- Pipes if reqd only shall be paid under relevant item of Schedule 'A' remaining items shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.
