Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand . : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mmthick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. (a) Crushed.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.n gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.

Wiring for light point fan /exhauaust fan/ call bell point /6amp socket with 1.5sqm PVC.FR insulated copper conductor single core in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduct suitable size m.s box and earthing the point with 0.75 sqm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable required

wiring for 16 Amp socket outlet with 2.5mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing recesses PVC conduct including sheet as required

supplying and drawing circuit wire for light and 6/16 amp socket outlet with 4.0sqm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed /surface PVC conduct pipe as required
