Providing, Stringing out, cutting, Jointing and testing of ISI Marked D.I. Pipe (S&s) as per IS 8329 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, jointed with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including all cartage.

Dismantling and relaying of existing interlocking tiles laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M- 35 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. with Complete job including sand grouting to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Excavation manually in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets and lanes in builtup area where width of street / Lane from wall to wall is less than 3 meter including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering , including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. Providing & fixing caution boards, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil from the site upto 15 meter distance complete in all respects.

Note: 1) Extra for handling earth beyond 15 metre :- Handling of earth beyond specified lead as described in item's description if any, will be pre-approved by the Engineer-in-charge depending upon site conditionds and will be paid extra for additional chains as per chapter 5. 2) If excavation requires timbering & shoring , then payment shall be made as per chapter -29

Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering , including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. providing & fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).

Construction of masonry Sluice Valve Chamber complete in all respects as per standard drawing.

Size 0.9 m. x 0.9 m.

Bailing out water from the trenches for making new connections in fully charged pipe lines including leaning trimming and dressing the trenches to correct alignment and grade as required by the Engineer-n-charge. Size of the main with which connection is to be made.

Supplying and laying D.I. specials complete as desired by Engineer-in-Charge conforming to ISI specifications.

Construction of brick masonary pump chamber measuring 2.50x2.50 mtr. has been proposed at site including , CS plastering , paint works , door/ window electrical wiring etc. as per public health standard.drawing /design complete in all respects.
