Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over, upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups,spaces,nibs and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in column footing, plinth beam tie beams complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of NEW plastered surfaces of wall, pillasters,cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down and washing with water. after completion of precoat treatment apply two coats of Anti fungal weather coat acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer (X2) complete all as specified and directed. Make of Arcylic emulsion weather coat paint :- Asian (Apex Ultima) ,Berger (Super coat ) or ICI Dulux (weather shield) .Make of primer :- Asian (X2) or Equivalent . Note:- (a) Each stage i.e. preparation of surfaces, application of primer, application of first coat, application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc. 250m but n exc 500m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point of rock complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steelpins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concertina coil 610 mm dia, 125 to 127 clips per coil, 50 circles of wire in each coil (coil coverage of 6-8RM and weight approx 8.5 Kg per coil),and fixed with 3.15mm dia GI wire, GI clips, GI pins and fixed on top of compound wall with angle iron post bracketcomplete all as specified and directed. Note: Angle iron post bracket will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
