Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in : All kinds of Soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate with 40mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed.

Damping/filling of stone including cost of stones in horizontal on level.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) & Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)

Half brick masnory with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cemet mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) & extra for half brick masnory in super structure above plinth level upto floor five level.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size Crushed.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings,frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats)

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading and stacking complete. Sand lead up to 5km.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading and stacking complete. Stone aggregate lead up to 5km.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading and stacking complete. Stone lead up to1 kms.
