Construction of NH 53 to Sukhuapada Chhack via Olasuni Gumpha road in the Dist of Jajpur under MMSY-TRIP for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per specification and as per the direction of Engineerinrge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling earth of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete and as per specification and as per the direction of EIC

Excavation in ordinary rock using Hydraulic Excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers,transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1000m,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross-section as per Techinal Specification clause 302.3.5.

Excavation in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited by mechanical means) as per technical specificaation clause 302

Cutting in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing materials within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing as per direction and specification of the department including stacking the useful materials separately as ordered.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub base Grading III material as per table 401-1, spreading in uniform layer with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4 th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
