Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas for all leads & lifts in all types of strata comprising of any type of materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/methods as may be convenient as permitted excluding blasting in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged etc. including dressing of sides, planking and strutting, timbering, ramming of bottom, pumping and bailing out water, barricading, danger lighting, guarding and carting away excess excavated earth at the site identified by the contractor and obtaining all statuatory approvals, as directed by engineer for all leads and lifts etc complete.
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation/pipeline trenches drains for all leads & lifts in all types of strata comprising of any type of material either in full or part as the case may be adapting any method/methods as may be convenient as permitted excluding blasting in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged etc. including dressing of sides, planking and strutting, timbering, ramming of bottom, pumping and bailing out water, barricading, danger lighting, guarding and carting away excess excavated earth at the site indentified by the contractor and obtaining all statuatary approvals, as directed by engineer for all leads and lifts etc complete.
Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer.
Disposal of surplus earth & debris upto 10 KM lead including loading, unloading and stacking, The site should be identified by the contractor and obtain all statuatory approval.

Supply and installation of Aluminium Louvers. The frame should be made of Aluminium tubes of size 100x50X1.50 mm thk and 50X25x1.50 mm thk C channels. Aluminium Z shaped louvers of 100mm should be fixed to the supporting frame with aluminium cleats, GI screws, etc complete. The whole assembly is powder coated with pure polyester paint. (MS framing to be paid separately)
Ultra-high strength, high-precision, dual shrinkage compensated, free flow cementitious grout for machine , column base plates. Providing and Supplying Masterflow 928T of BASF make or equivalent approved which is dual shrinkage-compensated, cementitious grout shall be hydraulic-cement based free-flow, high strength grout that complies with ASTM C1107. The grout shall have compressive strength minimum of 35 MPa at 1 day and 75 MPa at 28 days; flexure strength minimum of 9 MPa at 28 days. The grout must exhibit positive volumetric expansion in plastic stage as well as hardening stage. Grout must be flowable at 0.15 w/c ratio and shall have fresh wet density in excess of 2200 Kg/m3. The grout must be accredited by reputed testing institute for dynamic load resistance test of 2 million cycles with no sign of cracking or strength loss. All scaffolding, ladders, supporting materials etc. complete. Rates shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, tools and plant etc. complete.

The control part should have logic such that, in the event of any Hose reel or landing valve is opened, then the pressure in the line drops and the pressure switches installed on the pump manifold give the indication for the jockey pump to start. If more than one landing valves are opened then as sufficient pressure is not built up in the line by jockey pump, hence it will stop and main pump starts. High Strain Dynamic Pile Testing on r.c. bored piles using Pile Driving Analyzer. The equipment shall have ability to record both force and velocity. Both strain and acceleration sensors shall be used to collect data & atleast 2 pairs shall be connected at diametrically opposite sides of the pile. The test and equipment shall conform to ASTM D4945-2000 & include CAPWAP analysis. The CAPWAP match quality shall be preferably less than 5. The test shall be conducted by an experienced independent test agency that has demonstrated their capabilities by performing reliability studies in various conditions such as for friction piles, end bearing piles etc. and/or by publishing technical literature through the known forums. The testing agency should have atleast five years experience with testing of bored piles a) above 100 tonne and upto 150 tonne capacity pile
