Taking out by raising/lowering of non clog submersible pump set of make - Kirloskar Model -NS type AC 50 C/S three phase 415V with the help of chain pully block or any suitable means from sewage sump after disconnecting electric and sewage coupling connections, opening of pump and motor for carrying out repairs /replecement of defective parts, cleaning of impeller and volute casing, clogged discharge line. Reassembling, painting the pump set and reinstallation into sewage sump connecting, testing including dewatering complete to all running parameters of following models:- Model-NS 100/32 QM, 40HP, NS 100/26 QM 30 HP Notes:- (i) Replacement of defective parts, rewinding of motor will be paid saperately under respective sch of this work. (ii) Contractor has to make own arrngement for pumping of sewage effluents from sump well as long as pump remains under repair/rewinding by fitting his own pump including other T&Petc. All T&P shall be brought by the contractor and nothing shall be issued by department. (iii) Rate shall be deemed inclusive of lifting/lowering, transporation of pump etc and other T&P required for the job. (iv) Pump shall be repaired & reinstalled with in 10 days from the date of handing over to contractor.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of NS type non clog submersible sewage pump 3 Phase, 415 Volts, Cap 40 HP (Make - Kirloskar), after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings including numex paper, glass paper, thimble, glass sleevs, main lead, back doll, Varnish and drying in oven including fitments of thermostate protection relay, including required nut bolts (stainless steel) reassembling and air testing to ensure leak lightness of the joints complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares / parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid secretly under respective items

M&L for rewinding 3 phase, 415V electric motor cap-05 HP of non clog submersible pumps make:AQUA, model ANS, after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings, (Class 'F' insulation including Dr. back ELMO-50 Varnish , pre-heating to remove moisture and vaccum pressure impregnated for air bubble free varnishing, with slot liners & seperators, fibre - glass sleeves, baking to 150 degree C for 12 hrs in special baking oven to suit the motor for IP-68 protection) of the 05 HP motor reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares/ parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under respective items

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cast iron pipe 100mm bore with flanged ends, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket jointcentrifugally cast class A, in any length for replacement of column pipes of non clog submersible pumps in under ground sewage sumps (vertical & horizontal pieces) and fixing with header, non return valves, sluice valves etc. laid on pillars as per existing including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cast iron fittings (ISI marked) upto 150 mm bore such as bends (any type, radius & angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (for flanged / sockets or socket & spigot), collars, caps & plugs suitable for spigot & socketed pipes all as specified & directed.

Taking out unserviceable mild steel cover of valve pit chamber and supply and fixing covers of valve pit chamber duly hinged fabricating the frame by using 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm thick including making locking arrangement and fixing the cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagte and providing hold fast of appropriate size made to shape of 50mmx6mm flat iron including painting the sheet & frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, with forged brass spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, complete, all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 60 but 100 mm size/dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement chain pulley block of capacity 2 Ton having anticorrosive stainless steel chain suitable for sewage installation and capable of lifting the load from 15 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement stainless steel (SS316) seamless pipe outer dia 65mm , of thickness not less than 5mm, including necessary bragging / welding, Drilling and PCC work duly fixed in base of central sewage well and also in slab with MS flat angle iron of suitable and required size complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L taking out by raising/lowering of non clog submersible pump set and opening for repair to shaft by welding , turning , metaling , grinding & like wise mechanical job, transportation from site to contractors workshop and back after repair including other minor repairs, nut bolts, gasket etc, re- assembling after repair and painting suitable for 10 HP to 40 HP. Note:- Replacement of any other parts such as Oil seal, Bearing, Bearing housing, lubricating oil shall be measured and paid for separately. However repair to bearing housing is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
