Shifting of machinery and other allied material making the approach road as per requirement at site, erection/placement of Rig Machine after leveling & erection of mast at site of work

Deep drilling of 200 mm dia bore well up to 100 M BGL or till sufficient aquifer Zone/discharge is encountered by using ODEX Method of drilling including simultaneously driving of 200 mm dia ERW Casing Pipe and providing/fixing of casing drive shoe

Development of Tube Well by Air Compressor of adequate capacity of maximum 60 Hours or till the clear potable drinking water free from impurities is obtained.

Stabilization/testing of Mini Tube Well by way of over pumping using vertical turbine/submersible pump set till the clear potable drinking water is achieved during the yield test.

Providing & fitting of ERW MS Pipe 200 mm dia as per IS Code 4270.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical works for installation of submersible pump set along with allied works as given below:- i) Providing/fitting of G.I. Pipe 65 mm dia (Medium Class) 50.00 M to 70.00 M. Then cutting of G.I/ pipes of 6.00 M length in 03.00 M each. Then providing and fabrication of M.S. Flanges and welding the same on both sides of G.I. Pipes in proper alignment. Complete job including cost of G.I. Pipe, MS Flanges and other miscellaneous items and cost of carriage /transportation of material from workshop to the site of work. Complete Job. ii) Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of parameters 200-300 LPM at a head of 61 M to 100 M of reputed make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kirlosker, CRI, LUBI, Calama etc. or equivalent make. The job includes carriage of material to the site of work and lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers up to a depth of 50.00 M to 70.00 M (Approx.) and making of electrical connections with starter panel. Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with G.I. bend, elbow for delivery of water. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, T&P and transportation charges. Complete Job. iii) Providing, fitting and installation of three phase submersible starter controller capable of protection of current related faults up to 20 Ampere and voltage related faults in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets with canopy for motor starter. Complete Job. iv) Providing and laying of 04.00 sq. mm 3 Core submersible cable 120.00 M to 160.00 M & also providing and fitting of 3.5 -Core PVC insulated armored aluminum cable 25.00 sq. mm- 50.00 M to 60.00 M (Approx.) as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connections with the starter panel , service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof. Complete Job.
