Supply and delivery of PVC rigid pipes for potable water supply with ISI 4985 / 2000 marking with necessary couplers (or) bell ended pipes as specified in ISI, the required quantity of solvent cement and having the following working pressure. The cost of pipes should include loading, freight, transit insurance, incidental charges, packing, taxes and transportation charges upto stack yard in good condition etc., complete (the cost excluding unloading from lorries at stack yard and stacking which will be paid separately) and as directed by the Depatmental Officers.

Supply and delivery of the following sizes of GI pipes and Specials requied The Galvanised mild steel tubes continuously welded Electrilc Resistance Welded (ERW), High Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW), Hot Furnaced welded (HFN) types screwed in both ends, conforming to IS 554/85 for pipes threading, socketted on one end and the other end protected with plastic thread protector, in random length of 4 to 7m GI pipes conforming to IS 1239/Part-I 1990 and as amended from time to time and bearing ISI Mark. The cost of pipes should include loading, freight, transit , insurance, incidental charges, packing taxes and transportation charges to stock yard in good condition etc., complete (the cost excluding unloading from lorries at stock yard and stacking which will be paid separately) and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Earth work excavation and depositng on bank within an initial lead of 10 m and initial lift 0 to 2 m in Hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for laying pipeline in respect of following size of pipe with standard trench width and required depth including shoring, struting, balling out water wherever necessary and all other incidental works such as barricading, providing danger lights, labour for watch and ward,as oer standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Labour for cutting open road for laying water mains - BT Road or Macadam Road

Lowering PVC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste as per standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Lowering GI pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with GI specials and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) in respect of following sizes of pipes watered well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification for filling the trenches after the pipes and specials are laid, jointed and tested and as directed by the Depatmental Officers.
