Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, dressed stone work including removal of debris from site & deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc. 1 sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size) as in half brick thick wall straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6, on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composit) solid door/windows/ceosetory windows & other frames/chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of vigin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate & natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/ weat husk) and non additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with fully body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum, screw withdrwal strenght of 2200N (face), 1100n (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/Sqmm , modulas of elasticity 900N/sqmm and resistence to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retrdant and fixed position MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS hold fasts/lugs or SS fasteners shall bemeasured and paid separately

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm made of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, complete all as specified & directed. Note : PCC for filling of hollow portion shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of newly surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ windows/ Ceosetory windows & other frames / Chowkaht of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ weat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solveng cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face), 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm Sq, Modulus of elasticity 900 N/ mm Sq and resistence to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position MS hold fasts/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete. (Note MS hold fasts/ Lugs or SS Fasteners shall be paid separately) Note : for WPC Solid door/ window frames minus 5mm tolerance in demension i.e. deapth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
