(C) LT PANEL LT Panel comprising of LV Side Incomer – ACB 1600A, 50 KA, 4P with Manual Drawout Adjustable type with microprocessor based release for overload, short circuit and earth fault protection – 01 no. Outgoing – (a) ACB 1600A, 50 KA, 4P with Manual Drawout Adjustable type with microprocessor based release for overload, short circuit and earth fault protection – 01 no. (b) ACB 1000A, 50 KA, 4P with Manual Drawout Adjustable type with microprocessor based release for overload, short circuit and earth fault protection – 01 no. Digital Volt Meter - 01 nos 1600A/5A LTCT Cl:1.0 -03 Nos Space Heater with ON/OFF Switch and Thermostat, Single phase switch with socket, LT Cubical illumination Lamp with Door Limit switch and MCB’s for AC / DC Control - 01 Set. (D) ENCLOSURE OF CSS (ONE SET) Outdoor type enclosure having construction of galvanized sheet steel of thickness 3.15 mm for load bearing member and 1.5mm for non load bearing member with 4mm base frame. The enclosures shall have IP 65 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment and IP 23 degree of protection for transformer compartment. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Separate switch operated bulket lamp+ hooter in transformer compartment. Transformer compartment door interlocked with breaker module including painting of complete set.

(E) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING(ONE SET) Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer using minimum size of 1Cx3x95 sqmm XLPE aluminum single core cable. Inter connection between transformer and LT switchgear using copper busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm GI strips including transformer neutral. Note : (i) HT and LT compartments shall have degree of ingress protection IP 65 and that of transformer compartment shall be IP 23. (ii) The enclosure alongwith all inside compartment shall be painted with polyurethane painting of suitable thickness not less 150 micron for costal condition. (iii) Aluminium short pieces for 3 phases and neutral of suitable rating capacity with nuts, bolts and washers (set of two) shall be provided for by pass the ACBs when ACBs shall be out of order/under repair. Size shape and holes of short pipes shall match the system and ready to fix for operation. (F) Civil works (i) All civil works including PCC plat form for Compact sub station size, and related to foundations, cable trench, including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning . The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.The rate deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Make for all the equipments / materials incorporated in the work shall be as per the recommendation of the OEM. vi) All items of accessories,fittings,sundries,apparatus or labour whether specified in detail or not but which is necessary for successful commissioning of the compact sub station shall fron part of installation cost.

(G) Marking,Testing and commissioning (i) Letter painting shall be carried out at the front and rear side of the panels, transformer, VCBs including numbering of earthjing etc specifing the full details and size of cables, feeder name, in appropriate size as directed by Engr-in- charge. (ii) Energizing of Compact sub station is after pre-commissioning of appropriate authority of MES channel as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and for getting the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe 100 mm bore light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and as dierced.

Supply and lay GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and as dierced.

Supply and laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) with multi stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts earthed, grade of size 3 core 185 sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Out door LT, Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 240 KVAR with incoming MCCBs, CPRI approved, weather/vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, factory assembled modular and non compartmentalized construction, outdoor type, mounted on PCC platform 45 cm above GL of suitable size with front side hinged double door with locking arrangement, duly powder coated, with Al Bus Bars and Multistrand copper cables of appropriate size for each feeder of with 10 -step APFC Relay comprising of following all as dirceted:- (i) MCCB, , 250 Amp, 3 Pole, 25 KA. (ii) MD-XL capacitor 440V of following rating, with heavy duty capacitor switching contractor:- (a) 50 kVAR with 10kA MCB & Capacitor duty contactor - 2 No. (b) 25 KVAR with 10kA MCB & Capacitor duty contactor - 4 No. (c) 10 KVAR with 10kA MCB & Capacitor duty contactor - 4 Nos. (iii) Microprocessor based intelligent power factor 10-Step relay with RS 485 Port type RVT of ABB Make equivelent in Siemens/ Schneider (iv) CONTROL COMPONENTS: (a) CTR: 200/5A CL: 1, 5VA -3Nos. (b) Digital Multi meter to measure Volt, amps and PF - 1No. (c) Indication Lamps for RYB (LED Type) - 3Nos. (d) Out going Indication Lamps (LED Type) - ON/OFF - 10 Nos.

S&F cable route indicator made of 15 x 15 x 6mm thick MS plate welded with 10mm x 30cm long MS rod grouted in PCC block of size 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.3 m and writing HT cable complete all as directed.

Supply & lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electrical power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3½ core.

Supply & lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electrical power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 Sqmm 3½ core.

Supply & lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electrical power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size185 Sqmm 3½ core.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts, adjustable type with rupturing cap 35 KA on existng LT panel.

S&F MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 50 Hz 415 volts with rupturing cap 35 KA with metal enclosure.

S&F HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type,totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 630 Amp ( Extensible type suitable for existing VCB Panel) complete with all accessories as described below and coupling busbars with existing infrastructure where necessary, to meet the desired configuration.

Material and labour earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil, all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
