Wet Servicing of indoor units which invloves dismounting of PVC casing, filters etc followed by application of descaling compound on the evaporator coil to remove dirt debris entrappted in the said coil. The job further includes washing the evaporator coil with high speed water jet. The contractor will ensure that the flooring does not get damaged while carrying out the entire cleaning process.
Wet Servicing of oputdoor units of VRV Machines by way of applying descaling compound on the Condenser coil to remove dirt debris entrappted in the said coil. The job further includes washing the Condenser coil with high speed water jet. The entire cleaning process is to be carried out in such a way that no electric circuits/Compressor of the outdoor unit gets damaged.
Providing & Fitting of ELCB for VRV Outdoor units against the damaged ones
Providing & Fitting of New Compressor to 12 HP Outdoor unit by way of replacing old compressor of specification as recommendations of OEM.
Charging of R410 Refrigerant in the invidual refrigerant circuits for VRV system to ensure optimum performance of individual VRV outdoor units
Providing and Fitting of new PVC Drain pipe 32 mm dia from individual indoor units in each floor with proper slope and gradient to ensure hassle free discharge of condensate from indoor units to the nearest drain point.
