Note:- Before quoting the rates, bidder must read the following points:- 1.Quoted Rates will be applicable for two years for the above cited work. 2.Quantity mentioned in the BOQ shall be applicable annual basis. 3. AMC work will be awarded on annual basis. 4. 2nd year AMC will be awarded only if the performance of the contractor found satisfactory during the period of 1st year of AMC. 5. For Sub Head-I enhancement /escalation charges on account of revision in rates of wages declared by DC, Chandigarh Administration from time to time shall be payable by CSIR-CSIO to the contractor. 6. No enhancement/escalation shall be applicable for Sub Head-II & III.

Sub Head-I :- Man Power Note: Before Quoting the rate, contractors should be ensured that Basic Per Month Rate for Item No.1.01 and 1.02 should not be less than Rs.85253.00 and Rs.51014.00 per month, respectively. This is the minimum saturatory requirement amount for compliance of the labour laws which is based upon latest minimum rates of wages declared by DC, Chandigarh Administration w.e.f. 1st April'2022 + EPF@13% + ESI @3.25% + Bonus @8.33% + GST@12% + Labour Cess @1% but without contractor's profit. Further, bidders are advised to quote the rate by adding suitable service charges/overhead charges over the above mentioned minimum amount as per their convenience. If the per month rate quoted by the bidder found below the above mentioned rates then the tender will be rejected straight way.

Charges for repair, and overhauling of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set complete in all including all material like bush/ capacitor/ bearing of etc. upto running condition of motor at site.

Charges for rewinding of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set including repair of pump, shaft, seal bearing etc. and complete in all respect upto running condition of motor as required.

Alluminium Painting of street light pole from size 3 M to 9 M GI/Tuber type pole including white wash of cement concrete muff and red/gray paint to connection box of street light pole complete in all respect as required at site.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and Laying of 6 SWG GI wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including soldering etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective convering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Charges for repair/overheauling/replacement of bearings including extra material like fledge/ gaskets, nut & bolts etc for 3-phase water booster pumps/motors of rating 3 HP to 5 HP, 415 volts including dismantling and Re-erection of the motor at site any one of make Crompton Greaves/ Kirlosker.

Changes for Rewinding of 3-phase water booster pumps/motors of rating 3 HP to 5 HP, 415 volts including dismantling and Re-erection the motor at site including all material like fledge/ gaskets, nut & bolts etc any one of make Crompton Greaves/ Kirlosker.

Charges for rewinding of Exhaust fan / Wall fan size 12”-18” (300mm-450mm sweep) complete in all respect up to working condition.
