M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 60mm thick, any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on any of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep, including for inserting TMT bar as required length and shaping horizonatal/vertical face of groove making good where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC 1:11/2:3 , type A-0, using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 10mm dia mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or occuring with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 35 mm thick precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in frame of jallies, posts and the like with plain fair faces, chamfers, weatherings, throatings etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing given in SSR 2010(Part-II). Etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width & stuck inside with solvent cement for stile and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 150mm size aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 125mm size aluminium handles, cast type anodised etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100mm size mild steel butt hinges cold rolled medium weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 300mm long mild steel sliding door bolt clip type, stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 16mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel barrel tower bolt 150mm long, stove enameled black with bright bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel pressed handle oval type stove enameled black of size 150mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick masonary and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Excavation in post holes (similar holes) in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out in hard dense soil, returniNg, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm , watering, and removing surplus soil toa distance n. exc. 50 m and making good surface.

S&F for mild steel work (Miscellaneous) for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link fencing made out of plain mild steel galvinised wire, width of aperature 50mmx50mmx4mm dia to new steel posts by means of nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
