Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep including site clearance of any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, taking up/ laying of underground cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches of any type of soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete/brick surface on wall in cement mortar (1:6) other than fair face of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors including necessary form work even and rough to receive the topping layer in DG shed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in path, hardstanding including necessary form work and even and smoth without using extra cement in DG shed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 3mm thick glass dividing strips and 38mm wide inserted in position and confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu m, getting out in soft/ lose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, including watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and making good the surface omplete all as specified and directed.

S &F for structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plates Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zic chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hand rails, wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for ecuring wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work onforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer on new wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of path including necessary form work even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30cmx22 mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed in white or grey cement and no pigment of machine pressed to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm thick before and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid).

M&L for 50mm dia galvanized steel tubing (light grade) with complete all fittings such as elbow, unions, nipples, tees, bends, short pieces, connections, check-nuts, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces and flanges etc as in pole, crossing of roads, laid in trenches, fixed on walls for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology/manual excavation as necessary including machine, tools etc as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm dia galvanized steel tubing (light grade) with complete all fittings such as elbow, unions, nipples, tees, bends, short pieces, connections, check-nuts, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces and flanges etc as in pole, crossing of roads, laid in trenches, fixed on walls for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and carring the exisiting DG Set of capacity 63KVA from 31 Wg HQ and shifting it to SRE building and refixing the same at new said location within the Air force area complete all as specified and as directed by GE. (Note : (a) The cost of necessary taking down & carring of DG set through transportation of any mechanical method within the Air force area from one place to another place shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Any damage of DG set during taking down, carring through transportation and fixing in new location shall be borne to tha contractor . Cost of damage recovered from the payment. (c) All the labour cost required in this work shall be included in this job .)

Taking down and carring the exisiting DG Set of capacity 63KVA from TMQ power house and shifting it to pump house No 02 and refixing the same at new said location within the Air force area complete all as specified and as directed by GE. (Note : (a) The cost of necessary taking down & carring of DG set through transportation of any mechanical method within the Air force area from one place to another place shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Any damage of DG set during taking down, carring through transportation and fixing in new location shall be borne to tha contractor . Cost of damage recovered from the payment. (c) All the labour cost required in this work shall be included in this job .)
