Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinearportions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including:a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for ressureequalization or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make itwatertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panelcladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thickaluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral coresandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminiumcomposite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, withKynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 andpolymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts,washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanizedwith serrations and serrated washers to arrest the windload movement, fasteners, SS 316Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bimetalliccontacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing Theitem includes cost of all material &labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, costof all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, fieldtests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding,cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding tillthe handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding ispayable under the relevant aluminium items The Contractor shall provide curtain wallwith aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics allcomplete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as perthe approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for thepurpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall withAluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured insqm. up to two decimal places.

Providing and fixing of imported PVC panelling/ceilling of approved make and pattern including base work of GI channels with necessary screw and cornice at the edge with all the carriage complete as per the direction of EIC at site

P/fof12 mm thick imported wooden panelling over framework of wooden joists of size 2"x2" and 12mm thick plywood applying malimine polish of approved quality all fixtures , carriages cost of matrial labour upto site of work.

Providing and fixing of Blinders for door/windows openings with imported fabric including cost of Aluaminiumchannel, operating system etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.:-Zebra Blind

Providing installation of Split AC 1.5 tone capacity of approved make like Daikin,LG,IFB ete incl 4.0KV Stablizer and all other allied fittings and carriage etc all complete job.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand, papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and.manufacture to give an ever shade two or more coats on wood and steel works complete

French sprit polishing two or more coats on new work incl. coat of wood filler and all complete

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, leadupto50meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.All kinds of soil :
