M&L for providing and injecting chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate for Post Constructional Anti termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

M&L for Anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja and similar work complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B1 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, sunshades, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete including necessary form work all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B1 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as chajjas or similar works etc completed all as specified and as directed.
