Documentary evidence (such as R/Notes, Inspection Certificate etc.,) must be furnished along with the offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders.

Procurement of the item is restricted to Local suppliers with minimum local content of 20% (Class-I or Class-II Local supplier as defined in Railway Board letter no: No.2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt.1 dated 25.09.2020) only and the vendors who do not qualify to be "Local suppliers" (i.e., "Non-Local suppliers" with local content less than 20%) should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering.
