Providing and laying stone soling, duly hand-packed and properly rammed, including dressing, levelling, labour, materials and all costs of loading, unloading and carriage, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs and carraiges complete.

Steel Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. (TMT Bars) (Dowel Bars).

Providing, laying and placing in position 25mm dia PVC pipes of (Prince Make or eq.) of Class Type-B including all fixtures/ fittings and connecting the same to drains including trench excavation, leveling in desired slope, refilling the material as directed by site incharge complete.

Providing, laying and placing in position 150mm dia PVC pipes of (Prince Make or eq.) of Class Type-B including all fixtures/ fittings and connecting the same to drains including trench excavation, leveling in desired slope, refilling the material as directed by site incharge complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal form work for foundation, footings bases of columns blocks etc. complete.
