MS Racks for Cultivation of Mushrooms:- Design, Supply, Fabrication and Installation at site of MS Racks for placing of Compost bags for cultivation of Mushrooms in the cropping and packing area. The racks shall be fabricated along the periphery of inner two walls of the shed as well as in the center area of the cultivated room. The height of each rack should be of 05 feet. In the packing room the racks shall be made along the periphery of three walls and is of height of 6 feet each. The Main structural frame shall be made out of MS Angle 40 x 40 x 6 mm and Racks shall be made out of MS Flats of size 40 x 5 mm along with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 6 mm for support brackets and MS Angle 40 x 40 x 6 mm and MS Flat 40 x 5 mm for racks of packing area. The Job also includes supply and Fabrication of moving type ladder made out of M.S. angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm having platform for standing on top and having castor wheels for movement. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour required, welding charges along with all the tools and tackles required for the execution of the job. CLOSED STRUCTURE/PUF PANEL ROOM:- Supply and installation at site of Prefabricated PUF (Poly-Urethane Foam) Panels of size 60 mm thick Fire proof Panels for walls (PPGI finish on both sides and 70/100 mm thick PUF on the Roof Top of the Complete Structure) to make a closed structure on the outer framefor the Rooms of Size (40x18x16) and (15x12x12) feet. Prefabricated Sandwich PUF panels with Cam toggle type fasteners fitted and self-locking PVC gaskets fitted on all sides of wall and ceiling/roof including rivets, Silicones, Anchor fastener, self-drilling screw and all other allied accessories required for the installation/erection of PUF panels. a. Wall to wall cam locking system. Internal/External flashing to be provided. b. 60 mm flush type doors having size 3’x6’ for cultivation room and packing room with view port of double glass. c. 70/100 mm PUF on the Roof of the Complete Structure. d. Heavy duty cast alloy handles with heavy duty hinges with chrome finish. Air right heavy duty sealing gasket below door with double sweep, position seal closure cushions closing of door. e. Safety release knob to be provided from inside the door. f. Temperature required in the room is 13˚C to 25˚C.

MACHINES DESCRIPTION AND ALLIED ACCESSORIES Refrigeration Unit:- SITC of refrigerant unit of capacity 5.5 TR -02nos (One working + One standby) (420V/3Ph/50Hz) for maintaining a temperature of 13 ˚C to 25˚C (or as per requirement of end user) around the year. The unit shall comprise of two machines one working and one standby with following features. a. 02nos Indoor unit (1W + 1S) which designed in such a way that works separately with each outdoor unit and it should consists of minimum two number fan blowers and body to be made of GI powder coated. b. 02 nos Outdoor units (1W + 1S) to be sealed heavy duty air cooled with low noise level and minimal vibration. MOC should be GI powder coated. Filter dryer can be Internal/External. c. R407a/R22 refrigerant or any other equivalent as per OEM design. d. Control panel should have microprocessor based digital temperature controller/indicator for easy readability with following features. i.It should protect device from single phasing, voltage unbalance, phase reversal and under/over voltage. ii. It should also show real time voltage between phase and neutral including auto cascading so that only one unit shall remain operational at one time. iii. It should shut down the system in case of fault from pressure control/similar device. iv. It should have safety controls such as delay at start up and minimal disable time to protect compressor from close start. The job includes complete installation of refrigeration system with suitable MS Stands for Outdoor units, 30kVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer for operation of machines and fitment of 3 phase monitoring relay, along with copper pipes, tees/elbows/reducers brazing charges and tools and tackles required for the execution of the job.

Fresh air Damper /Blower/ Ducts/Plenum:- Supply and installation of air mixing chamber inside the cultivation room, Aluminum Damper for CO2 exhaust, fresh air damper system and return air as per site requirement. The Job includes SITC of blowers of requisite specifications as per OEM design along with all allied accessories. The job also includes providing/ fitting of Elbow Duct with Air filters for fresh air inlet and CO2 exhaust outside the plant along with installation of air plenum duct/air tight cloth duct with evaporator and poly duct inside the room for air distribution. It also includes fresh air dampers in the packing room along with pre filters for protection against insects and dust as and where required.

Split AC for Packing Area:- SITC Of 1 no. 1.5 ton split AC along with voltage stabilizer of capacity 05KVA of reputed make in the packing area. The job also includes P/F of Split AC along with all other allied accessories like cooper cable, MCB, Outdoor stand etc. required for the execution of the job.

Monoblock pump for fresh water supply: Providing and fitting of 0.5 Hp Monoblock Self Priming Pump of reputed make for supply of water inside the room as and when required. It also Includes providing, fitting and laying of pipes of requisite sizes along with minimum three nos taps along with one roll of rubber pipe with all kind of fittings required for the execution of job.

Electrical fittings: The job includes electric fittings along with embedding of PVC conduits in the walls with multi stranded electric cables with switch boxes and switch boards/Sockets/Switches/MCB’s of requisite amperage suitable for Refrigeration system/AC’s, Stabilizer, Blowers, Mono block pump, Vapor proof LED Lights, LED flood lights of suitable watts including chemical earthling of all electrical items. Complete job includes cost of material and labor charges for the execution of job.
