Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured separately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for separately.

For Plain Surfaces upto 3.5m height

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 30 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 370 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made with 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical tubes, joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., Wherever required for the inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen, etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, if necessary, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works. ]

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Structural Steel work in built up sections for gate, handrailing, trusses and framed work at all lifts comprising square / rectangular / Tubular hollow sections conforming to relevant IS standard of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to required shape for curved profile, hoisting, fixing in position at all lifts, embedding with cement concrete, painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist, concrete embedment's and foundation bolts for fixing the steel works.]

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works.

Providing and fixing M10 expansion anchor fasteners of make Hilti or other approved make in RCC/ brick masonry at all lifts including drilling hole using hammer drilling or diamond core drilling, cleaning the hole using hand pump for blowing out dust, setting the anchor in position, checking the anchor setting, fixing the steel members with approved thickness of washer and nut, checking the installation, etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M10 x 83 stud anchor with effective anchorage depth of 20mm of make Hilti [HSA-R-(SS316)] or other approved make for RCC members.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing weld mesh panel of required size for windows, ventilators, etc., by using 25mmx25mm square aparture weld mesh made by steel wire dia not less than 3mm including the cost of welding, screws for fixing necessary fittings and fixers, painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of zinc chromate primer, etc., all completed as per specification. Note: The mild steel rolled section like angles, flat required to fabricate the weld mesh panel will be paid separately under the relevant item.

Providing and fixing of 40 x 6mm thick GI flat over parking shed roof including supplying GI flat with 100 - 120 micron galvanising, cutting to required lengths, proper alignment, bending to required shape wherever necessary, fixing over structural members with necessary J/L shape bolts @ 500mm c/c (Max), nuts, washers, welding, drilling holes, sealing joints to make water tight, with all labour, materials, scaffolding, tools, transportation, handling, wastage, safety precautions etc., all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) The sample of Galvalume flat shall be got approved by Engineer-in-charge before making bulk order.

Providing and fixing cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.47mm base thickness 550Mpa yield stress (ASTM A792m) with coating class AZM 150 (minimum 150 gram/Sq.m total mass zinc aluminium coating of both sides as per relevant standards) of make JSW / Bhushan / TATA to suit a purlins spacing of 1.5 mts c/c including the cost of providing ridge gutter edge profiles, cost of making crimps for curved surface, fixing over purlins, making etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) The sample of Galvalume steel flat shall be got approved by the Engineer-in- charge before making bulk order. 2) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying and fixing roofing with 10mm thick multi wall compact type poly carbonate sheets make Tuflite or other approved equivalent make fixed over the frame work of MS tubular truss at all lifts including necessary arrangements for rain water gutter, fixing the sheets with Aluminium extrusion (with self drilling screws) rubber beading with sealers for all fixings, etc., all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Tubular truss shall be paid for separately under relevant item)

Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
