R.Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 80mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 30 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.
