AHU with VRF condensing unit etc.: Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air Cooled Variable Refrigerant Flow type multi unit airconditioning system with both Heating and Cooling Option.

VRF Outdoor Units: Design, supply, lifting, shifting, installation, testing & commissioning of 24 HP Modulating Outdoor / Condensing units with both Heating and Cooling Option complete with hermetically sealed DC Inverter Scroll Compressors, Condenser coils, variable speed condenser fan with motor, Microprocessor Controller etc. The unit shall include the necessary expansion & communication kits compatible for connection of VRF outdoor units with AHU in single / multiple form. The units should be operated on Refrigerant - R410A. The condensing units will be installed at suitable place for compact run of piping along with MS raised stand with vibration isolation pads. All other details are as per enclosed technical specifications.

Air handling unit: Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air handing unit (Thermo-acoustic panel thickness of 48mm+/-2mm) with thermal break profile complete with aluminium extruded framework structural section for VRF condensing units as per tender specification. Thermo-acoustic panel shall be comprising of 23±2mm thick thermal insulation of 40kg/m3 density PU foam injected between 0.8mm pre-coated outer GI sheet and 0.8mm plain GI intermediate sheet, followed by laminated tissue panel glass wool insulation of 23±2mm thickness having 70-80 kg/m3 density sandwiched between intermidiate sheet and inner skin of 0.8mm perforated GI sheet. a. Mixing chamber for Fresh Air & Return Air with volume control dampers. b. Pre filter section with 10 micron Pre filter of 90 % efficiency. c. Cooling coil section with 6 rows deep cooling coil suitable for VRF condensing units with both Heating and Cooling option, necessary Expansion & Communication Kits compatible for connection of VRF outdoor units in single / multiple form along with S.S. drain pan and drain outlet. d. UV lamps e. BMS compatible re-heater with thyristor control f. Humidifier section complete with required water heaters, float valve,low water level safety switch, piping and necessary fittings. g. Blower section with statically and dynamically balanced direct driven centrifugal blower h. Squirrel cage induction motor (with VFD) of TEFC type suitable for 3 -phase, 415V, 50Hz of efficiency class IE3. The winding of motor shall be class 'F' insulated and fully tropicalised, motor shall be rated for continuous duty as defined in IS: 325 for blower with adjustable base frame, fitted on a common extruded Aluminium channel using anti vibration mountings for silent and vibration free operation. i. BMS compatible temperature sensor and RH sensor with transmitter unit and associated cabling, differential pressure switch, Airstat etc. j. Flanged connection at the outlet of AHU with volume control damper for integrating to the main duct lines. k. Motorised Volume control damper and NDIR type CO2 sensor with transmitter for controlling the fresh air l. Fire retardant flexible connections with zipped port. m. Suitable inspection doors for filter, coil & blower sections. n. Suitably rated antivibration (Cushyfoot) mountings for AHU installation. Including all other components and accessories required for proper operation of AHU and to achieve required temperature (25 ± 2˚C) and humidity (50 ± 10 %) as per specifications and drawing in following capacity: AHU/17000 CFM /38 TR /60 mm WG. S.P.

Supply, installation & testing of copper refrigerant piping " Y " Joints including all other copper joints, valves & fittings etc. for VRF AC system with AHU as per tender specification.

Inter-connected Copper Refrigerant piping for VRF System : Supply, installation & testing of Hard / Soft drawn copper refrigerant piping of 18 G between AHU & VRF Outdoor / Condensing units with XLPE insulation and Aluminium foil (19 mm thick), 16 G. G.I. perforated tray with cover for Refrigerant piping & cabling etc. of various widths with support & clamps etc. as per tender specification required for proper installation, operation and controls of the units (the average distance between VRF Condensing/outdoor units and AHU shall be approximately 10 meters). All pipings shall be pressure tested for 48 hrs. pressure hold test at minimum 1.5 times the working pressure. Suitable weight bearing supports shall be planned for all vertical headers / pipe networks.

Condensate Drain Water Piping : Supply, installation & testing of 40 mm dia. CPVC rigid condensate drain pipes of class SDR 11 with 'U' trap complete from AHU to nearest drain point as per tender specification.

Ball Valves: Supply, installation & testing of 40 mm ball valves in the AHU drain line as per tender specification

Electrical Panel for AHU with condensing units: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor floor/wall mounted IP 42 factory built, modular ,sectionalised, compartimised, extendable type LT cubicle panel of suitable size suitable for operation on 415 V, 50Hz AC 3 phase supply system fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and cover, 3mm thick for gland plates with stiffeners wherever required having vibration free structure chemically treated with seven tank or better process for above air handing unit with condensing units as per tender specification.

Microprocessor based electrical control panel of IP20 or better: Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of standalone BACnet/IP based modular type, BMS compatible DDC controller/automation station having integral web browser with I/O module, flash memory for programmed logic storage, communication port etc. for above AHU control, monitoring, status indication, data logging etc. as per tender specification. It includes controller, associated power supply, digital and analog I/O modules, associated enclosure, wiring, cabling etc.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of panel mounted Human Machine Interface (HMI) Display having communication via controller's local superviser port & 480x272 pixels colour touch screen foe viewing of inputs, outputs, directories, alarms, graphs, plots etc. as per technical specification.

Power, Control & Communication Cabling for AHU: Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of heavy duty medium voltage Power cable, Control cable, Communication cable & Copper earthing for AHU electrical equipments from & to AHU panel along walls & ceiling ( length to be assessed for a compact run to connect all the components viz: AHU motor and other equipments of AHU, VRF Condensing/Outdoor units, heaters, humidifiers, fire dampers, airstates etc., all controls and all other components & accessories required for proper operation & to maintain required conditions of the system as per tender specification. The electrical panels can be installed at suitable place in AHU room) as per schedule, technical specifications & site conditions. The cable shall be 1100 volt grade, confirming IS : 1554 ( Ammended upto date ), PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured with stranded copper conductor power cables, control cables and communication cables (Shielded), unless otherwise specified. The cable shall be laid on 16 G perforated GI cable tray with required support in the manner as specified. The unit rate shall include : i. Supply & installation of cable clamps, cable markers, perforated G.I. cable tray with required supports etc. ii. Supply, Routing, Laying and Termination of earthing wires, earthing the glands and armouring etc. with earthing clamp and jumper and also connecting to common earth bar. iii. Supply, Routing, Laying & Termination of all cables with double compression brass cable glands & crimping type tinned copper lugs / sockets / with necessary tools & equipmennts and all other necessary materials required for this work as specified in specification and relivant Indian Standards. iv. Making ziri on wall or IPS flooring and finishing the surface to makes it as original. v. Supply and fixing of cable brackets, supports, clamp etc. in trench or on shaft.

GI Ducting Works: Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Prefab. G.I. sheet metal work of following gauges as per tender specifications and drawings. All ducts shall be fabricated out of GSS conforming to IS: 277 and shall be soft annealed quality

G. I. Duct Dampers: Supply, installation and testing of Rectangular duct damper of opposed blade type duly aluminium painted as per tender specification.

Supply & installation of GSS Fresh Air arrangement with Cowl, bird screen etc. as per tender specification.

Circular diffusers: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Extruded powder coated Aluminium circular diffuser of 400mm neck dia. with adjustable core and Aluminium volume control damper as per tender specification.

Aluminium Linear Bar return Grilles: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Extruded powder coated Aluminium return air grilles with Aluminium volume control damper as per tender specification.

Fire damper with Actuator: Suppy, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated smoke damper with BMS compatible actuator, associated cabling, mounting arrangement etc. on supply and return air ducts as per tender specifications.

Class 'O' Duct Thermal Insulation: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Thermal insulation on Ducts with closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam (XLPE) with aluminium foil. Class ‘O’ having thickness of 19 mm. The thermal Conductivity of insulation shall be less than 0.035 w/m.k at 25 deg.C mean tempertaure as per tender specification.

Duct accoustic Insulation: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Duct acoustic insulation with Open cell elastomeric foam based synthetic rubber (NBR) class 1, density 140-180 Kg./m³ of 25mm thickness as per tender specification. It should have antimicrobial properties.

Cassette Air-conditioner: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air Cooled Cassette Air-conditioners with indoor and outdoor units with heating and cooling option and feature of no occupancy energy saving mode and no occupancy auto off mode, inter connected copper refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor units, cabling, drain piping etc. in following capacity as per tender specification

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Cassette air-conditioner with heating and cooling option complete with outdoor and 360° air flow/4-way air flow cassette type Indoor units of minimum 12 kW cooling capacity along with drain with hard PVC rigid drain piping, necessary fittings, fresh air port connection, heavy duty M.S. stand with two coat of anti corrosive paint for outdoor unit and wireless remote controller etc. as per tender specification

Power / Control Cabling for inverter cassette air-conditioners: Supply, installation, end termination, testing & commissioning of heavy duty medium voltage power cable, control cum transmission cable & double copper earthing of suitable size for indoor & outdoor units and from MCB to outdoor/indoor units on perforated G.I. tray/PVC casing as per schedule, technical specifications & site conditions. The average distance between outdoor unit and power point will be 14 meter approximately. The outdoor units will be installed at suitable location.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper piping for cassette air-conditioners: Hard / Soft drawn copper refrigerant piping in brazed construction between Indoor & Outdoor units (UV treated for outdoor application) with 9 mm thick XLPE insulation with Aluminium foil, support & clamps etc. as per tender specification required for proper installation, operation and controls of the units (the distance between indoor and outdoor units shall be 4 meters approximately). Suitable weight bearing supports shall be planned for all vertical headers / pipe networks.

Cassette Air-conditioner:Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air Cooled Cassette Air-conditioners with indoor and outdoor units with cooling option and feature of no occupancy auto off mode, inter connected copper refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor units, cabling, drain piping etc. in following capacity as per tender specification

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Cassette air-conditioner with cooling option only complete with outdoor and 360° air flow/4-way air flow cassette type Indoor units of minimum 12 kW cooling capacity along with drain with hard PVC rigid drain piping, necessary fittings, heavy duty M.S. stand with two coat of anti corrosive paint for outdoor unit and wireless remote controller etc. as per tender specification. The quoted rates shall include rates for core cutting, clamps and minor civil works as per tender specification.

Power / Control Cabling for inverter cassette air-conditioners: Supply, installation, end termination, testing & commissioning of heavy duty medium voltage power cable, control cum transmission cable & double copper earthing of suitable size for indoor & outdoor units and from MCB to outdoor/indoor units on perforated G.I. tray/PVC casing as per schedule, technical specification & site conditions. The average distance between outdoor unit and power point will be 14 meter approximately. The outdoor units will be installed at suitable location.
