Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris off the premises

Demolition of any description, in any position and any thickness not otherwise specifically and removing the debris off the premises provided all as specified and directed

M & L for coloured (light shade) vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and the shade of the tiles including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer CM 1 : 6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for coloured (dark shade) vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and the shade of the tiles including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer CM 1 : 6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC ,type B-1(20 mm graded aggregate) in flooring cmplete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed coloured (digital/printed/design) ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 mm x 300 mm x 7mm thick 450 mm x 300 mm x 7mm thick or set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed and removing the material from the site in any mortar all as specified & directed.

Machine cut kota stone in flooring 18-20 mm thick (Pre-mirror polished), over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including rubbing and polishing complete and moulding at edge if reqd all as spd and directed.

18-20 mm thick Kota stone tiles (Pre-mirror polished), in riser of steps, skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles including rounding the edges of kota stone over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), surfaces finished even and rough to receive tiles, all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed & polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills cooking platforms & like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing into white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 including Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brusing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg per sqm all as spd & directed.

Round chamfering, to the edges of granite n.exc 15mm wide on granite stone shelves.

M & L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring under floor all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as in levelling coarse for fixing of interlocking tiles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for machine pressed coloured rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm thick Endura tiles (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.08 Sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 all as specified and dirtected.

M&L Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair complete all as specified

M & L for hardcore (Broken stone or boulders-granite/basalt ) of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in path/PCC road/hardstanding and PCC should be laid in alternate ways and the area of one panel should not be exc 10 Sqm/each and finishing the surface of concrete roads/paths/hardstanding by brooming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.

Material and labour for raking and taking out the sealing compound from existing old joints of pavements/ hard standing with raker to full depth as directed and cleaning the joints by means of compressed air and filling back joints as described hereinafter including disposing off the old materials to a distance exceeding 100 metres and not exceeding 200 metres complete: (a) Joints shall be of any width n Exc 50 mm wide and 40 mm deep (b)Priming the side and bottom of joint with suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and filled with bituminous sealing compound of Grade A or equivalent sealing compound of deep 40mm conforming to BS:5212 by using Dr fixit PIDISEAL PS-43 or equivalent as approved by the GE and laying masking tape on edges of joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete other than ground floors and in sunken portion including WC, IWC, Floors traps etc.

Roughening surface of old concrete surfaces/floor/plastering by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 with using water proofing compound. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetely at supply rate only.

M & L applying two coats of polymeic based chemical on plastered/ concrete surfaces in sunken portion etc complete.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken slab all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China Squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests including connection to trap, to flushing pipe etc. complete including PCC for making good to floor etc.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt including plaster/ existing PCC pading, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof, terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets/ Krebs walls etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance exc 500 m but n.exc 1.5 Km and depositing where directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 10mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces (When concrete is green) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely).

M & L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof Kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Supplying only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as specified here in after: (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.30 liter per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 (b) Applying evenly one tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces. (c) App polymer modified moply FP of M/s TEXSA Ltd or M/s TIKI Asphalt hydro stop or IWL 3.50 Kg/Sqm membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method with over laps of 100 mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction duly thernofused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. (d) Painting with one coat of aluminum paint @ 100 gms per sqm.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside for roof repair and making temporary water connection and refixing in position and reconnection of 500 to 1000 ltrs capacity water tank after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks from mouths of circulating pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable water tank of capacity 500 ltr nexc 1000 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified
