Sweeping, Scavenging and cleaning of roads, footpaths, berms, CC path, parking, brick pavement, kerb channel, bell mouths i/c collection of garbage, wild grass/bushes, rubbish, silt, waste material dead/Pet animals malba etc. area for cleaning every alternate day or as directed by Engineer-in-charge is 111048.00 Sqm. (approx.) i/c loading, unloading and disposal the same at dhalav at site through tractor with trolley complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge by engaging minimum 20 nos. of environmental assistant and 2 no. of supervisor for every alternate day across all the housing pockets with 6 nos. of handcarts along-with beldar for handling handcart (1 pair of hand cart and beldar for each housing Pocket) for collection and loading of the same to tractor trolley for final disposal.

Cost Index @ 3%

NOTE: 1. If any environmental assistant or supervisor is found absent, the penalty @ Rs. 1500/- each per day shall be imposed on agency and recovered from the bill. 2. If agency fails to do the work or work is not found satisfactory, the penalty @ Rs. 7500/- each per day shall be imposed on agency and recovered from the bill. 3. Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT orders and if any fine/penalty/challan is imposed by any Govt. agency the cost of same shall be borne by the contractor. 4. The contract may be partially or fully foreclosed in case of transfer of services to MCD and no claim in lieu of this foreclosure shall be entertained by the department.
