MISC REPAIRS TO BLDGS IN ZONE-I AND ZONE-II AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc all completed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) etc all completed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceilings, fins, fascias, chajjas, parapets etc. (including tiles) raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc incl patches of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 brick work or concrete surfaces shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar ( 1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
