Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg. per hundred sqm on the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No.503 (5th edition) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (NS)

Providing and Laying 75 mm thick (av) Compacted bituminous macadam in (BM) in one layer by drum type hot mix plant and paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade as per clause No. 504 table No. 500-4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of 2013 using minimum 3.4 % bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects i/c cost of bitumen, instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory. If bitumen required is this account more than 3.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Thickness of laid BM is to be adjusted in such a manner that camber achieved is 2.5%, no additional material shall be admissible for payment on this account.

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (PC) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect. i/c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS).

Providing and laying ‘B’ type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified/desirable value of compaction as per direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect as per clause 511 and 510.1.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS).

Providing & Marking center line / Zebra Crossing with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, materials tools, equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out the work at site conforming to the technical specification clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 as directed by the Engineer.Note :-I) Thermoplastic paint out of following brand will be allowed to be used:a) Asian paints - Apcomarkb) Berger paints - Sigmarkc) PrismoNote:-II) Glass Beads out of following brand will be allowed to be used :a) Pottersb) Sovitecc) Flexolite (NS).

Providing & fixing retro reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC79: 1981 of size 900 x 300 mm with back support of M. S. angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm and post of 50 x 50 x 5 mm, 1500 mm high embedded into 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m M20 grade concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro-prismatic retro reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminium composite. Material sheet as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminium on both sides.

Providing and fixing of shoulder mounted sign boards of various sizes using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV HIP specification fixed on 3mm thick Aluminum composite panels as base board with pressure-sensitive adhesive having 0.5mm thick Aluminum on both sides supported on Mild steel pipe post 80mm NB medium class 4mm thick embedded M-20 grade concrete foundation of size 450mmx450mmx600mm, complete as per drawings, Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 600mm Equilateral Triangle.

Providing &Marking rumble strip 7.5mm thick with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material tools, equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out the work at site conforming to the technical specification clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & fixing RCC Studs with reflective tape.

Providing & fixing retro-reflective light bollards 1500 mm high as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheets conforming to IRC : 67-2012 type 4, HIP specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminium composite material sheet as base having 0.5 mm thick aluminium on both sides having circular board of size 450mm dia, sheeting of blue back ground and white arrow. The order board will be of size 600 mm x 400 mm made up of high intensity retro-reflective sheeting type 4 fixed over aluminium composite panel sheet 3 mm thick both of the boards fixed on 80 mm NBdia 16 gauge M.S. pipe duly printed. The board to be fixed in CC 1:2:4 block of size 300x300x450mm.

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces and Painting two coats with ready-mixed & exterior paint in all shades on newly plastered or concrete surface of walls. (HSR 16.25+ 16.26).

Painting two coats with ready-mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on old steel or iron work (HSR 16.18).

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( HSR 15.4)

Pavement Marker (Cat Eyes) Moulded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 KG tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. The height width and length shall not be exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm. On each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/- mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as Avery Dennison/3M)
