Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel engine driven generating set 100 KVA/80KW output at site after de rating capacity AC, 400/440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire complete with an integral acoustic enclosures with in built of Central Pollution Control Board and control panel comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (A) Alternator Assembly : Alternator Assembly 100 KVA/ 80KW capacity, AC 400/440 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50 C/S, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated, screen protected, drip proof type with end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pools/phases as per IS 4722 and base 5000/IS 4722 all as specified. (B) Diesel Engine : Diesel engine (prime mover) shall be water cooled of adequate BHP after de-rating and induction of power consumed to drive above alternator independently directly through flexible coupling, vertical, multi-cylinder, diesel injection, 1500 RPM, with standard accessories such as start/ stop push button switches, self starting system, battery charging system with required batteries 12 Volts 180 AH (Maintenance free) -01 Nos and battery leads duly initially charged, oil temperature gauges, RPM meter, hour meter, water temp gauge, oil pressure gauge mounted on common base frame and coupled through suitable coupling to the alternator complete with silencer assembly with exhaust pipe duly wrapped with asbestos rope of suitable size upto 1m outside the generator set room and MS fuel tank for 12 hours continuous running fuel capacity, built-in the acoustic enclosure with anti vibration pads.

(D) Fuel Tank: Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instruction of DG set with supporting fabricated steel stand with all pipes(armoured flexible pipe) connecting up to fuel pump including oil level indicator gauge, drain and air vent plug etc. (E) Acoustic Enclosure: Acoustic Enclosure is made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and ISMC 200 base frame painted. The walls of enclosure will be insulated with rock wool so as to conopy with the 75 dBA at 1 mtr sound levels levied by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have the following provisions:- Fitting arrangements- (i) Point for neutral and body earthing. (ii) Fuel drain. (iii) Lub oil drainage. (iv) Air breather (v) Hood for rain protection. (vi) Easy stop push button. (vii) Panel meter viewing window. (viii) Exhaust Fan of suitable capacity and sweep (F) PCC 1:2:4 foundation for DG set of suitable size. Note: 1. DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy. 2. First filling of Engine Oil and fuel etc should be arranged by contractor for testing.

Supplying, laying, testing and commisioning insulated armoured XLPE aluminium conductor cable 70sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling in Sand for Cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay standard size bricks subclass B type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commisioning water pumpset 75 HP, centrifugal, horizontal axially split volute type casing with two stage CI impellers and squirrel cage induction motor 415/440V, 50 Hz of capacity 75HP having discharge specification not less than 50 LPS at 60 meter head and 1400-1500 RPM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for floculator motor 3 phase 2 HP 1450 rpm coupled with worm reduction gear box (Solid shafts, Horizontal Output and Under driven input shaft) with gear ratio of 70:1 connected through belt drive with pulley flanges on motor and gear box suitable for clari floculator of discharge capacity 80000 imperial Gallons per hour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Radicon, Elcon or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F for Air compressor assy including 12.5 HP motor and positive displacement type twin lobe air blower with air flow rate approx 220 cubic meter per hour at pressure of 0.5 kg/cm2 at 1200-1300 rpm suitable for rapid sand filter water filtration plant of capacity 40000 gallons per hour, alloy steel hardened and ground timing gears, oil splashed lubricated, anti friction bearings, roatary oil sealing, vertical configuration, fail safe labyrinth sealing, dynamically balanced rotor shaft assembly, volumetric efficience over 70% including electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Everest model No M 5175 or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F for clari floculator bridge motor and gear assy including 3 phase 2 HP motor 1450 rpm with reduction gearbox (gear ratio 50:1 ,Solid shafts, Horizontal Output and Under driven input shaft) with output shaft coupling with existing chain drive suitable for floculator of discharge capcity 80000 imperial Gallons per hour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Radicon, Elecon and equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles upto equipment and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 20mm dia upto earthing test point / equipment fixed with 2 Nos. of mold steel clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and preforated water pipe 20mm dia galvanized iron pipe heavy grade 2.25 Mtr long and top with socket and plug and bottom connected to earth plate by silt and two bolts / nuts / washers complete with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and cast iron cover with frame all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part - I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 Mtr away from the outer edge of PCC Chamber. (ii) Galvanized iron earth wire 4mm dia upto earthing test point / equipment is encluded in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slainting position. (iv) 20mm dia galvanized iron pipe for watering shall be provided with a socket and plug and shall be 10cm above the ground level. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 1,600.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
