Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc. 1.5 sq.m but not exc. 4 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm but not exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc. of Fe-290 (grade E-165), complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete for framed work as in doors of angle or other section complete drilled for fixing sheeting with all fitting and fixture complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, glazed & skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (with sash bars & framing moulded), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces and size of the members of shutter are as per IS – 1003 (Part – I) made of kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated 2nd class hardwood rail and style complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent ement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified all as specified.

S&F PVC door frame size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinf with MS square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free solid board, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 rised panel design with 5mm thick 3D wood laminated moulded PVC sheet Polyurethane painted on the front and back face with with 19 guage thickness usiing MS square tuning supplying and fixing of 19 mm x 19 mm frame structure complete all as specified and directed.
