Supply, fixing, installation, testing and comissioning of free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof Panel of suitable size for out door installation factory made both front and rear side double door system, fabricated with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 2 mm thick for doors and covers and shall be painted witrh epoxy powder paint by means of electro static gun after rigorous pre treatment comprising of cold phosphating process on all internal and external surfaces after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consist of 600 ,Amps rating TPN bus bars of high conductivity aluminium alloy and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkaable sleeves,with 600 mm depth of the panel. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 50x50x6 mm , embedded 200 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate , 600 mm above ground level and comprising the following including taking out of old panels etc , removing of cables and connecting to new panels with all required material such as glands, lugs etc Note :- The design of LT panel shall be got approved by GE.
