Checking of rotor level & shaft alignment after replacement of spring mattress/thrust pad and repair of upper bracket & stator frame and correction of rotor level & shaft alignment (if require) after Dismantling and Assembly of Rotor & Thrust Bearing Housing of Hydro Generator of Unit-2. This activity is divided in following step/items: A. Checking of rotor level & shaft alignment after replacement of Thrust bearing spring mattress/thrust pads (Duration- 07 days – with round the clock working) B. Welding and grinding of cracks in Upper bracket in service bay and in-situ repair of cracks of stator frame (Duration- 08 days – with round the clock working) C. Correction of rotor level & shaft alignment (if required) after Dismantling and Assembly of Rotor & Thrust Bearing Housing (Duration 15 days – with round the clock working)
